I think it's my favorite restaurant in the Vasto area. The quality of the food is excellent, and the techniques used in the kitchen create a truly perfect balance of flavors. Even the simplest dishes, when prepared by them, take on a unique and surprising flavor. The service and value for money are also excellent. Highly recommended!

Excellent culinary experience. We had lunch at this restaurant and were impressed by the quality of the dishes, prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and professional, making our stay pleasant. The ambiance was meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. We will definitely be back!

We've had the opportunity to sample the restaurant's cuisine on various occasions and in different seasons, and the result is always the same: sublime! Starting with simple, seasonal ingredients, the dishes are a feast for the eyes and the palate. What I appreciate most is the combination of flavors and ingredients that you don't find everywhere.
Each dish is described by ingredients and cooking method. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
When we want a sensory journey rather than just a simple meal, we choose "From the Frying Pan into the Fire."

Dining at this restaurant was a dreamy and unique experience...the quality of the dishes, from appetizer to dessert, was unsurpassed (the braised cheeks were fantastic!), with courteous and competent service! At a truly incredibly reasonable price! We can't wait to return...from Bologna, with joy!!!

Best place near Vasto for meat!
The gourmet menu is very interesting and well-researched. We tried several dishes, including sweetbreads, grilled spaghetti, and lamb plin, all rich yet well-balanced!
The roast meat is a must-try, especially the truly phenomenal lamb.
The wine list is also excellent, featuring excellent local, national, and international labels.
