I think it's my favorite restaurant in the Vasto area. The quality of the food is excellent, and the techniques used in the kitchen create a truly perfect balance of flavors. Even the simplest dishes, when prepared by them, take on a unique and surprising flavor. The service and value for money are also excellent. Highly recommended!

We chose Dalla Padella alla Brace for a special dinner and couldn't have chosen better. The experience was made unforgettable by the top-quality ingredients and so much creativity. The staff is extremely professional. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I dined al fresco at this beautiful restaurant nestled between the hills and the sea of Abruzzo. The elegant yet understated atmosphere and the beauty of the location contributed to a delightful experience. The menu, which focuses on local produce, is transformed into memorable dishes by the passionate chef. Each dish exudes a love for the land, combined with long-standing experiences and great creativity (the spaghetti cacio e pepe and grilled ventricina were incredible!). The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. We took advice and paired our dinner with a truly excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva. I hope to return to try the other dishes on the menu.

Posto Molto carino con parcheggio , abbiamo mangiato Alla carta e direi complimenti a tutta la cucina , in particolare direi che la carne è ottima di buona qualità e cotta molto Bene soddisfattissimi .. complimenti a tutti .
