Unbelievably good meal and entire evening, amazing vibes and some of the tightest/most welcoming service i’ve ever experienced - 10/10 on all fronts!

Not your average tourist restaurant. The owner and staff were really welcoming, and the food was superb! Congratulations!

please forgive me for only grabbing these two blurry photos of the best restaurant experience of my life. this place is real. the chef-owner matilde is your waitress, the manager is your waiter, and the two cooks in the kitchen round out the entire tiny crew of this gem of an establishment. the menu is handwritten on a paper placemat and changes daily— check their instagram for today’s offering — and everything is inventive, balanced, new and familiar. we shared a table with two florentines who have a band and casually flowed in and out of conversation with us; we scarpetta’d every plate clean, earning heart hands from matilde; and for the first time in my life i understood what restaurants are supposed to be. Dalla Lola gives you the comfort of your living room with the social energy of your favorite bar, and feeds you home cooking but with recipes you don’t know (and couldn’t make). one day we may start a restaurant that strives to make people feel the same way we did tonight. and we’ll look back to Dalla Lola with gratitude for the flavors, vibes, and inspiration.

We loved this restaurant! We saw the episode of Stanley Tucci’s show where he visited it and couldn’t wait to try it ourselves. The food was excellent, specially the miso gnocchi with onions, light and flavourful. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was great.

I really liked this place. Staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I would love to return there.
