25/12/2024: Happened by chance on Christmas day, Surprised by the quality and goodness of the food and by the attentive and professional welcome of the staff. Thank you.

06/10/2024: A very small restaurant accessable from the street, just off the main square in Assisi, or from it's adjoining hotel, La Tradizione can boast the best pasta alla Norcina I've ever eaten.
