Excellent experience! The elegant and welcoming atmosphere is warm and meticulously maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. All the dishes are delicious; I'll remember the pumpkin tortelli and the lobster terrine for a long time. I highly recommend a visit to this temple of Italian cuisine.

I'll start by saying it was a wonderful experience, and we had a good time... but there were a few "buts" I wasn't expecting given the restaurant's caliber. The feeling of arrival and welcome was excellent, the dining room was very elegant, the ambience sophisticated, and the lighting was beautiful. Don't be fooled by the menu presented on a single sheet; it's designed for that day and so you can easily take it with you (personally, I'd warn you to avoid it seeming superficial). The dining room was beautiful, but a bit noisy. The echoing noises and voices needed work, and there was a beep sounding like "elevator arrived." I couldn't figure out what it was coming from, but it was coming from the kitchen. When I got up from the table, no one cared about my napkin; my wife's, however, was, strange. The bathroom was a complete fail... sparse and not up to par with the rest of the place. No washcloths, hand cream, air freshener, or other amenities found in such high-end restaurants. The sink with the Dyson system found in some shopping malls...and those automatic doors, certainly "clean" but really "strange." The bread service was very sparse, a tray with focaccia, breadstick, and a slice of bread...refills made with a basket. The focaccia was very good and refilled frequently, as was the water: the waiters were always punctual. Regarding the plating, I expected more. All the dishes were personalized, but practically all the same. The plating was unexciting. On the other hand, the staff in the dining room were all very professional and attentive, VERY good. The Santinis were all wonderful and very kind. I honestly didn't find the dishes what I expected, not only aesthetically but also in terms of flavor. I'll leave out the amuse bouche: excellent ingredients, beyond simple. The zucchini was very beautiful, but had a very "normal" flavor. The eggplant and tomato compote: beautiful and delicious, but I won't remember it. The lobster terrine: beautiful, but too cold and gelatinous; this too was a dish that impressed us. Summer Garden: beautiful, but I won't remember it; beyond the flavor of the vegetables... nothing. The Pumpkin Tortelli were truly SPECTACULAR, truly a poem. This was the level I expected. Perfect, simple, with a surprise in the flavor: a flavorful pumpkin that combines amaretto and mustard in a sublime way. A MASTERPIECE to remember. Very good risotto, but to balance the bottarga, the risotto "alone" is almost bland. So I recommend always eating it together... if you have any risotto left without bottarga, the dish is a complete loss. Eel: potentially the worst dish. Poor presentation, the radicchio and eel are nothing to write home about. Sirloin: well presented, good meat, although I expected it to be softer. The sorbet was good, and the amaretto cake and chocolate fondant were very good. I'd say I expected dishes more on par with the ravioli, memorable dishes you'll want to eat again.

An extraordinary dining experience. The restaurant has a beautiful environment and the dining area overlooks the elegant garden view, which fully demonstrates the experience of the five senses. In terms of food, each dish is brilliant, rich in layers, and highlights the advantages of the ingredients. The seafood, including octopus and fish, are particularly well handled. Especially the fish, which is similar to the "steamed fish" cooking method in Chinese Cantonese cuisine. It is tender and smooth while retaining the freshness of the fish meat. Every bite touches the taste buds. In terms of wine pairing, the sommelier is very professional and the recommended wine is excellent, which matches the dishes perfectly. The service is impeccable, professional, polite, attentive, and comfortable. In general, the three-star honor is well deserved.

I have been to this wonderful restaurant with my family. As fans of starred cuisine we were really curious to live a unique and unrepeatable experience and so it was, our expectations were not disappointed. From the beautiful location immersed in nature to the excellent quality of the dishes offered and the impeccable service everything was to our liking. A particular appreciation for the saddle of roe deer.

Dal Pescatore is as authentic Italian fine dining as it can be with each ingredient used in preparing dishes is grown in their farm or surrounding region; every guest is treated with special care with 2 set menus or ala carte to choose fromb with amazing wine selection. They made it very special dining experience for us.

A temple of food and wine that has delighted the palates of the most demanding gourmands for four generations. An elegant and relaxing location, refined mise en place, cuisine with dishes that surprise you in a crescendo of flavors and emotions, a wine list with enormous depth of vintage. Antonio and Alberto in the dining room, Giovanni and Nadia in the kitchen are an inimitable example of a family that has brought Italian catering to the top of the world for 30 years

ristorante tre stelle michelin. Le tre stelle le abbiamo trovate certamente nella bellissima location e nell’ottimo servizio, ma purtroppo non le abbiamo trovate nei piatti. Abbiamo preso il menù primavera. Sapevamo che “Dal Pescatore” non si inseguono le mode che vanno e vengono nella alta ristorazione, pertanto sapevamo di non trovare tanta tecnica e tanta ricerca nei piatti. Sapevamo che avremmo trovato quindi una cucina “tradizionale”… ma speravamo di trovare nella tradizione una eccellenza del prodotto. No, piatti certamente buoni ma come li abbiamo trovati in tanti altri ristoranti anche non stellati. “Dal pescatore” è stato protagonista ed ha segnato decenni di alta ristorazione italiana e forse le tre stelle ad oggi sono ancora mantenute a riconoscimento di questa lunga storia.

Poco da aggiungere ad un tre stelle Michelin se non tutto splendido con un personale davvero estremamente preparato e cordiale ed una cantina davvero all’altezza della situazione. Serata assolutamente splendida

24/07/2025: I went there after seeing a story on Facebook showing off their famous boiled meat cart, and as a true Florentine, I couldn't wait to go. Unfortunately, I came at the wrong time—July and August are the only ones there, so there's no boiled meat. It was a lovely discovery, though. The food was truly delicious, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely have the opportunity to return for the boiled meat.
