5 stars plus, since our foccacia was delicious, so was the view, but our waitress made it a truly lovely experience. She was attentive and helpful and I give the café high praise.

A fantastic discovery in Pisa! I was truly impressed by the quality of the focaccia and spritz I tried here. The focaccia was fresh, soft, and full of flavor—a true delight. The spritz was also perfectly prepared, with just the right balance of bitters and soda water. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service courteous. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great break in Pisa!

Nice place for a drink, but I’m dissappointed that they are serving spritz with a cheaper version of aperitivo, not an original Aperol. And the taste is not the same.

Pequeño lugar encantador en el río perfecto para un aperitivo en la tarde. Volvimos dos veces por esta razón, precio súper razonable y personal muy amable. No probé nada de comida en este viaje pero ahora mirando fotos de los bocadillos, ¡ojalá lo hubiera hecho! Sin duda volveré si estoy de vuelta en Pisa.

Vi var tre voksne som ved første delte tre sandwicher. De var helt nydelig! Vi koste oss med å smake på flere, men alle var skjønt enig om at Elise var best. Så siste dag på turen dro vi tilbake kun for å spise den. Fantastisk mat, god drikke og service. Vel verdt et besøk!

16/11/2025: A truly wonderful discovery... Delicious Tuscan dishes (maltagliati with borlotti bean cream, crispy cavolo nero, and toasted pancetta), wild boar with Taggiasca olives (appropriately pitted)... a nice selection of local wines (the area is full of excellent producers). The service was attentive, and the price was more than fair, especially considering they didn't even charge us for the chocolate cream puffs (which were excellent) that arrived too cold. The owner was friendly but not intrusive. We'll definitely be back.
01/11/2025: A "big" birthday spent at this enchanting inn. Leaving longing to return to this place is, I think, the most fitting way to describe our stay. See you soon!
