My girlfriend and I were craving pinsa and we found this place. A beautiful discovery. We ordered two classic flavors, carbonara and amatriciana. Maybe it's not very crunchy in the middle, but that's personal taste. The amatriciana was very tasty and a little spicy. The whole thing, drink and Ascoli olives included, cost almost €30.

15/04/2025: Visited twice over the weekend with friends, amazing family run restaurant, food was really great and very tasty, All the team members were extremely friendly and service was brilliant, it was very busy and had a fabulous atmosphere. So looking forward to going back in May . Thank you all for looking after us so well 🙏
22/03/2025: One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in in all my years of traveling in Italy. Unfortunately we were sorry to have only been there once. Very nice place. Owner helpful and competent. But the food in terms of quality and quantity is of a truly superior level. Thanks again
