Top location. I had tortellini in broth and boiled meat with their sauces, fantastic. Exceptional wines of many varieties. Friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere deserves top marks. I highly recommend it.

TOP Restaurant!!
Starting with the warm yet discreet welcome, the service is absolutely excellent.
Davide impeccably explained the wines to us, describing their quality and pairings, while the passionate wait staff provided attentive customer service.
From the appetizer to the coffee with sbrisolona, we enjoyed a top-notch culinary experience.
And the icing on the cake was the wine pairing. We chose South African wines, a true gem, but the à la carte selection boasts around 300 labels.
The tartare was superb, as was the seared octopus. Among the first courses, the tortello and tagliolini were a fitting tribute to our anniversary evening.
We'll be back to try the other specialties!

Dal Corso has been operating in Caselle since 1987, initially as a delicatessen and catering business. A few years ago, it also opened this lovely restaurant. I tried the spaghetti with sea urchins and mullet bottarga for a first course, and the grilled swordfish with breadcrumbs, roasted peppers, and fried capers. Everything was excellent. The tiramisu was very generous, unlike the first and second courses, which were very good, beautifully plated, but a bit skimpy. The selection of first and second courses could also be expanded. The service was courteous, and the restaurant was bright and well-decorated. All in all, a good experience.

Wow! What a delightful experience!
We dined at this charming restaurant on a Saturday evening and had no trouble finding a table, even at the last minute.
The dining room is beautifully decorated. The wood of the walls and ceiling, the (real!) plants decorating the walls and tables, and the good background music create a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was kind, welcoming, and professional.
As for the food, we also had a wonderful experience.
Immediately after ordering, we received a "welcome from the kitchen" with a small tasting of a savory tart. We then ate tortelli stuffed with figs for our first course, and for our second course, baked sea bream with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives. The sea bream was nice and large and was expertly portioned out for us by the dining room staff. All this was accompanied by an excellent white wine, the name of which I unfortunately don't remember.
We didn't want dessert because we were so full, but we ordered a coffee and a liqueur, and with that, we were served a few slices of sbrisolona, which was truly excellent, perhaps the best I've ever eaten!
We spent about €50 each, and it was totally worth it! I highly recommend it.
