Dal Corazziere In Tivoli

A small Roman restaurant well worth a visit. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, and the service is friendly without being intrusive. I started with some truly excellent mozzarella in carrozza: fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and stringy on the inside. This was followed by a well-balanced Gricia, flavorful but not heavy, with a creaminess that shows tradition is respected. The dish that won me over, however, was the coratella: impeccably prepared, intense yet clean in flavor. A must-order. The beans with pork rinds were also delicious, a rustic and authentic dish, just as it should be. At the end of the meal, the complimentary bitters were the icing on the cake: a gesture that is always appreciated and speaks of genuine hospitality. In short, Roman cuisine done right, sincere and well-executed dishes. I will gladly return.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Christian was our server and was very happy and easy going. He helped us with our order in English. The food was good. I highly recommend this friendly Italian family atmosphere. He even gave us limoncello shots as we paid and were leaving.

We stopped by chance on our way from Hadrian's Villa. Despite the late lunch hours, we were warmly welcomed. Fair prices, generous portions, fresh produce, courtesy, and hospitality make this place a pleasant stop on our Roman journey.

A rustic little place with real homemade flavors. I had the Roman Style Tripe, which was delicious. We also had a steak, and the caccio pepe...all really good.

The food is absolutely fantastic, regional specialties. The service is pleasant, smiling, cheerful, fantastic. Great prices. The restaurant is full of satisfied customers. I recommend it to everyone who passes near Tivoli.

We arrived from Tenerife and this place was recommended to us. The truth is that not only is the food excellent but the service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.
