08/10/25. Let's clarify: I wrote "should" for the bread because I'm not good enough to recognize homemade bread; I didn't mean to offend anyone. I didn't even question the freshness of what I ate: I emphasized that I was pleasantly surprised, because I've never been advised against a dish simply because it wasn't fresh that day. As for the service, well, I don't think I used the staff's: I've seen many other customers use the same ones I used; but now it's becoming a pointless discussion. We must have made a lot of mistakes that August day. 18/08/2025. I had lunch during my trip to Ischia. Luckily, I found a table without booking. The menu is very varied and includes other Italian dishes, in addition to Campanian cuisine. I was advised against ordering a dish because it hadn't been made "fresh" that day. I must say, I've never received such advice, and I was pleasantly surprised. The pasta e fagioli with mussels was perhaps a little salty, but I still enjoyed it very much; I wouldn't have cleaned the plate otherwise. I really enjoyed the marinated anchovies; in my opinion, they were very delicate. The bread should be homemade. The coffee wasn't very hot, but I didn't want to have it remade, so I finished with a bitter liqueur (I wasn't sure if it was Rucolino or Piperna, but it was good anyway). Total cost €32: I was satisfied with my choice.

Pizza was loaded with toppings and had a light crispy crust. My wife's lasagna was good. Portions are large and prices are good. Nice shaded patio with a beautiful view. Right across from the ferry terminal.
