Dal Barone - Cocktail Bar & Tea Room In Roma

06/06/2025: 423euros for 2 people, for a tasting menu of 7 steps (plus 2 desserts) & wine paring with 1 sparkling, 2 whites, 1 orange and 1 rosso. My first experience in a 1* Michelin star restaurant and a great one. Don't have much to compare with but it was overall an astounding experience. I do have to say only 3 plates had a real "wow" feeling, but all of them were greatly enjoyable.

28/05/2025: The chef has worked in Shanghai for a while. He is really a brilliant learner, who exploits the best ingredients and skills of both Italian and Chinese cuisine. All the courses are well designed with multilayer and balanced flavors, well seasoned and staying light. Btw, their restaurant is really clean and provides HAND CREAM. I’ll definitely come back to try their restaurant new menus. Never trust any well reviewed (high score restaurants in the center of Rome). Enjoy your days in Rome! The ingredients are real and the dishes are cooked with care. It seems that you don’t need to eat in the city center, and you can get a perfect experience by walking a little.
