I was served a drink that I hadn't asked for, I ask for explanations and the bartender very kindly offers to bring me a different one. I thank you and say that it's okay. He comes back shortly after telling me there was a misunderstanding, brings me the correct drink and when it's time to pay he tells me it's free. Which is no small feat because for me he had already made up for it abundantly by bringing me what I had asked for! He wasn't required to offer it at all, but I saw that he really did it with pleasure and passion for his work! It is now rare to find professionals with this kindness towards customers!!!
