The best fried food I've ever eaten, the mussels were also delicious. Simple place with self-service but safe if you want to eat good fish without too many pretensions in the service.

What can I say...an institution in La Spezia!!! I've been going for years despite being 100 km away... they don't accept reservations, you line up, order at the counter, it's served on a tray and you go and sit at the table. They are very quick to serve, don't be scared by the queue. Frittino, stuffed muscles, stewed octopus are never lacking, then there are the dishes of the day!! Spartan but absolutely worth trying! If you can't find parking, go to Porto Mirabello (paid parking) and cross the White Bridge.

Self-service with products that change every day. Good quality, perhaps the price is a little high for the portions they serve but it is justified due to the geographical position. The ladies who served us were very kind.

Nice self-service in the tourist port of La Spezia, very popular and basic, but very efficient with good prices and fresh fish directly from the fishing boats.

Now a historic place where you can enjoy excellent fish dishes at very reasonable prices, the queue to enter could often be daunting but if you are not in a hurry it is worth it

The food is good and I go there often. They prepare the tray for you, you choose what the kitchen offers and then you sit at the table.

In this delicatessen you can eat on site, under a gazebo (heated in winter), on simple paper plates and with paper cutlery, or take the food away with takeaway. The dishes offered are varied and original, the portions are very generous, the fish is fresh, the prices are absolutely competitive. Sometimes the dishes are not as hot as you would like, and this could be the only flaw, together with the long waits in the summer period and at peak times. But nothing to say about the taste and quality of the food. Try it!

The food was delicious, bar offer variety of seafood. The line was long, but worth the wait. Prices were affordable, and it’s saved in our favorites—will definitely visit again when we're nearby!
