Trattoria tipica, senza presunzione,bada alla sostanza che si trova senza dubbio. Centro città, o quasi, si trova facilmente. Stanzone unico e cucina a vista, piatti tipici romani, carbonara, Cacio e pepe, Grecia, fettuccine (spesse) fattr a mano con ragout, trippa, fagioli e cotiche e vinello rosso e bianco sfuso che si lascia bere. Excellent trattoria, with traditional dishes. The choice is therefore limited, and it couldn't be otherwise. Excellent food, especially the pasta.
