What a fantastic place. Very busy, the service super friendly, delicious pasta and good wine at a great price. It was an experience. We sat up front and the phone kept ringing, people kept coming in, the waitress was wearing Lilo & Stitch sweatpants or pajama bottoms, and the waiter was super happy and enthusiastic.

I remember 10 years ago trying one of the best pork shanks. I returned for lunch and unfortunately didn't find the same quality and atmosphere. The food was neither praiseworthy nor infamous. The owner appears very tired and stressed. Perhaps he should abandon the business and hand it over to someone with more energy and desire. The prices are always fair, and the food is homely and hearty. I would bring back that atmosphere of laughing, drinking, and singing, typical of an old-fashioned tavern.

A typical Bologna restaurant, known for having hosted singer-songwriter Guccini. It offers typical dishes from the city. The atmosphere is warm and the service is quick. They say it's cheap, but I can't comment on it because I didn't pay.

I dined-in the place for dinner. It was a Thursday night (around 19:30) so we were of the first people and didn't wait, however, if you can make a reservation in advance so you have a certain seat.
The service was quiet fast and the food was delicious. The lasagna was not the best but still on a high level. The Tartolini were perfectly cooked - "al dente". The staff is quiet friendly and makes the whole experience even better.
The prices are affordable: 1×lasagna 1×torteliny al ragu 1/2 litet red wine cost us 37€ (including the service fee).
I recommend it to every person who would like to see a Italian restaurante with the typical Italian people and character.

A legendary place located across from the house where Guccini once lived. The photos of Bolognese singer-songwriters and the atmosphere of a bygone folk tavern are the only interesting things. The food is pretty awful. Our dishes arrived literally five minutes after ordering. Some were cold, others barely warm, obviously because everything was pre-cooked and reheated (poorly) in the microwave.
