Historic trattoria, absolutely a typical place. Very friendly, especially the waiter, but used to grinding tourists. The first ones were really good. We had tortellini in broth, tortellini with cream, tortelloni with ricotta and spinach with melted taleggio cheese and tagliatelle with meat sauce. As a second shank (good) and Bolognese cutlet (quiet). The side dishes, however, really leave something to be desired, the beans were good, but both the peperonata and the potatoes were not very tasty.

Historic place in Bologna, the entire musical history of Italy of the last 30 years has passed through it, obviously now it lives on memories but the atmosphere remains unique

Historic place that has remained as it was 40 years ago. Historic appetizer with mortadella, savory croissant, onions and artichoke. Delicious lasagne and tortellini, those of the true Bolognese tradition. Very good rib.

Perfect restaurant for those looking for an authentic experience in Bologna without spending too much! The prices are excellent, especially considering the quantities of the dishes. I highly recommend the tortellini, truly delicious. The environment is unique, a historic place that catapults you back in time. The very fast service.

Sulla rapidità del servizio nulla da dire, peccato che un cameriere fosse frettoloso e coercitivo nei confronti delle comande da prendere. Sui prezzi ok, sul cibo purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso. Le potenzialità ci sono e, a parte quel cameriere, il resto del personale si é dimostrato gentile e disponibile

Buena comida y buen servicio, rápido y atento, precios razonables. El sitio es muy grande y cabe mucha gente, es algo peculiar, parece un restaurante de pueblo. Es una buena opción si estás cerca y tienes hambre, pero no esperes algo magnífico

24/01/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying an extraordinary Bolognese cutlet, while my friends appreciated the traditional tagliatelle with meat sauce. Located in the heart of the city, this osteria is renowned for its authentic cuisine and welcoming atmosphere.  The environment is informal and lively, often frequented by students and tourists, which contributes to a convivial atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the service efficient, despite the crowds. Prices are affordable, making Osteria dell'Orsa an excellent choice for those who want to savor Bolognese cuisine without spending too much.  One aspect to consider is the possibility of having to wait for a table, given the popularity of the place. However, the wait is often short and well rewarded by the quality of the dishes offered. 
23/01/2025: We had to wait for a table, but it was totally worth it—delicious food, a perfect local kitchen, and decent prices made it an amazing restaurant experience!
