Bolognese trattoria outside the city. We went there because we were curious about its history. I think that over time the quality of the food has definitely worsened, some dishes were not displeasing to us (lasagna and tortellini). The service is at least unusual, waiters and owner heterogeneous in manners, clothing, professionalism, language but everything is forgiven and everything is resolved with a smile! Cleanliness is not the characteristic that strikes. What we appreciated was the idea of ​​that place in the past, of its history and of all those faces that you imagine gathered there. The prices are really below average and this contributes to leaving satisfied!

Sulla rapidità del servizio nulla da dire, peccato che un cameriere fosse frettoloso e coercitivo nei confronti delle comande da prendere. Sui prezzi ok, sul cibo purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso. Le potenzialità ci sono e, a parte quel cameriere, il resto del personale si é dimostrato gentile e disponibile

13/03/2025: I went for lunch and ordered grilled chicken with potatoes and a mixed salad. My boyfriend tortelloni with ricotta and spinach with grilled vegetables. Excellent and quick cuisine. We had too much fun with the waiter who was friendly, kind and very nice! We will definitely be back and for those like me who appreciate cleanliness, tidy and spotless tables and bathroom. CentoeLode to Soverini. Five stars deserved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

25/03/2025: Don't be intimidated by the line you see outside, they are very fast, we waited about half an hour. The tortellini and ragù were very good and also abundant. The plate of fried foods is very tasty but it is better to share it. I suggest the waitress downstairs to make herself a chamomile tea before starting to work and above all to be less nice since no one was laughing at her not very nice way of doing things, to put it mildly.
25/03/2025: Good food, great service and I'd recommend not going around busy times.
