The Sommelier has a nose for exactly what your palette desires. No one is upselling you. No one is telling you to spend 1000s. Fine dining in the most casual sense. Elevating what farm to table defines. Lovely.

28/02/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience! SanBrite is much more than a starred restaurant: it is a journey into the authentic flavors of the mountains, made even more special by the welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. We chose the sharing table, an option that allowed us to share the evening with other people, making everything even more engaging. The blind menu was a continuous surprise, with dishes that won us over with their taste, quality and creativity. Praise for the service: we were with Greek friends, and thanks to the waiters' perfect explanation in English, they were able to fully enjoy the experience. Rating 10 for everything, but a special 11 for their creamed butter, simply incredible! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
