I had dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. We had a very good time, with the friendly staff and the quiet and private environment. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the verbal menu and for me it's a flaw as I struggle to quickly choose what to order. However we ate all the starters which were excellent. The fresh and very good quality fish was at a very fair price. The only flaw, which we took with a smile, however, was that the waiter, after we told him that only one of the two would drink, brought a whole bottle which we didn't feel like sending back once opened. However, I highly recommend it for a dinner with friends!

I have known Valerio for 25 years. I returned to his restaurant after a long time and I found it very good. It is celebrating 30 years of activity and, in my opinion, the common thread is the passion for its work and the balance between the quality of the fish served and attention to the customer. Very honest prices. I recommend it.

Absolutely highly recommended, very balanced in terms of quality/price ratio. Tasting of hot and cold appetizers is truly an excellent proposition

Chalet Caraibi

18/10/2024: One of the very few restaurants found open in October in the area. I really appreciated the food, all excellent, and the hospitality of the owner. Wonderful view of the sea and a new, well-kept place. I would happily go back!
07/09/2024: Ci sono stato Giovedì sera scorso . Poco da dire. Livello Altissimo, mi dispiace abitare a più di 200 km da questo posto altrimenti ci andrei tutti i sabati sera , e come tutti i posti di livello alto, si paga quello che è giusto pagare. Il cameriere gentilissimo disponibile premuroso e molto competente . Altro da dire è solo GRAZIE

24/04/2025: Nice experience. Fresh fish prepared in a delicious way. Friendly, prompt and professional service. Homemade bread and pasta should also be appreciated. Good choice of wines. Even if we are far away we will still go.
23/04/2025: Ero già stato in questo ristorante dietro consiglio di un collega della zona circa 6 anni fa, ed ero rimasto favorevolmente colpito. Quest'anno per Pasqua ero a Silvi e ho deciso di riprovare quell'esperienza di crudi provata anni prima. Capisco che il ristorante si è trasferito in una zona più nuova ed ha cambiato gestione. Crudi di mare sempre buoni ma con minor spinta di quella della "vecchia Alusea" nel complesso buono ma non eccezionale. Credo non buono l'abbinamento di un Trebbiano con i crudi di mare (consiglio datomi dal somelier del ristorante).
