A little inconvenient to reach, especially for older people, but the menu is excellent, offering typical Ligurian dishes prepared with quality ingredients.

We ate very well... three starters (don't miss the brandacujon), a first course, a second course with side dish, and two desserts... friendly service... the room was a little bare but essential... if I were to find myself in that area again, I would return with my eyes closed.

Excellent lunch with a wonderful view of Bogliasco. The place is quite minimalist, but the dishes are truly exquisite, especially the fantastic brandacujun. Extremely reasonable prices, generous portions, and attentive and fairly fast service.

Went here for Saturday lunch in in October on a gorgeous day with clear views over the ocean and seaside village of Bogliasco. About half of the tables were occupied, mix of local families and young couples. Overall expectations were high as recommended by fellow local foodie. It did not disappoint. Overall service was warm and friendly. We rate Paradiso di Sessarago exceptional for price/quality ratio.

Everything was delicious: spectacular lobster tagliolini, fabulous desserts, attentive and fast service, and finally, a truly breathtaking view. Excellent value for money.

Pizzeria al Pisacane

01/03/2026: Very thin pizzas with a dough that tastes like a mix between a Frisbee and a dry piadina. We ordered a rustichella (speck and gorgonzola) and a diavola. The former was decent, the latter really nothing special, with almost no mozzarella. Friendly service, but the tables were very crowded, cramped, and not exactly spotless. Considering the atmosphere, they charge way too much. I wouldn't return. Rating: 6-/10
17/02/2026: There's little space between tables, but for an exceptional pizza like this, it's worth it: shallow, very shallow, and wide, topped "according to the seasons" with every goodness and with great professionalism... it's been my favorite pizzeria for a few years. Given the crowds, I recommend booking.
