05/01/2025: Having come across this by chance because we were passing through on our way home, we managed to find what we were looking for, traditional dishes, simple and well made. And in the end we had the pleasure of meeting the chef, an exquisite person... an excellent host, who knows how to pamper and delight his guests... highly recommended...
04/01/2025: A version of paradise...genuinely outspoken place, has its own style. What we ate, A LOT, was sublime: bigoli with l'arna that spoke, balanced, full of flavor and absolutely not heavy; poetic, soft, juicy boiled meat...; spectacular cheeses with mustard; excellent cured meats, including a homemade mortadella to rub on your face... and a delicate coffee foam for dessert. I'm sorry I live in Umbria..
