Always a guarantee! Typical restaurant in the Vicenza hinterland. Absolutely worth trying are the bigoli with duck, the trofie radicchio and sausage, the mixed grill (cooked to perfection), and the grilled ribs. We go once a month and we are always happy to return to a typical place and eat with joy and satisfaction together with friends or relatives. Very good!

Non sono di Vicenza, ma ogni volta che mi trovo in zona faccio di tutto per andarci. Si mangia sempre molto bene, la grigliata è una tra le più buone che ho mai mangiato e i contorni sono a dir poco sublimi, in particolare i funghi. Secondo me ci sono pochi posti in giro nei quali, ad un prezzo più che onesto, si mangia così bene. Lo consiglio a chiunque è amante del buon cibo e dei locali alla buona. We had lunch with a fixed menu at midday and found the food to be genuine, good and plentiful. The owners and staff are friendly and the environment is old-fashioned, rustic and clean. It is not easy to find honest economic treatment with well-prepared and healthy food. We were really satisfied and will return as soon as possible. Super recommended place!

Sono stato con un gruppo di 4 amici a cena per mangiare una grigliata che mi era stata tanto consigliata in questa trattoria. La trattoria è vecchio stile, alla buona ma non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi. La grigliata poi, top. Avendo sentito parlare della quantità abbondante, abbiamo preso solo una grigliata per 4 persone con tutti i 5 contorni che la cameriera proponeva per quella sera. Confermo le porzioni abbondanti sia per la carne ai ferri, sia per i vari contorni e anche il gusto del cibo era molto buono. Carne cotta al punto giusto, buonissima. Inoltre, a fine cena, ci hanno portato delle vaschette per portare a casa la carne avanzata (impossibile mangiare tutto vista la quantità). Prezzo onestissimo considerando che per una grigliata per 4 persone, 5 contorni, 1l di vino, alcune bottiglie di acqua e 4 caffè corretti, abbiamo speso circa 110 euro. In definitiva, se cercate un posto alla buona senza tanti fronzoli, dove mangiare carne in abbondanza e gustosa, senza spendere una follia, questo è il posto ideale. Consigliatissimo.
