10/06/2026: Excellent dinner, good wine, excellent service
28/05/2026: I was recently there with some friends. They offer a non-stop service on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so we decided to try it.
The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly, quick, and helpful—in short, a beautiful setting.
The non-stop service (€20 per person), in addition to water included (very welcome), includes several courses. You can report any intolerances, allergies, or preferences, but you can't choose what you order; courses are served based on seasonal availability or the kitchen's choices.
In our case, we received abundant, varied, and excellent-quality fried dishes, a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses, four samples of first courses, two samples of second courses, and a giant pizza. Overall, all the food was of excellent quality. The pasta is also handmade in the laboratory, but it's a shame that it wasn't always cooked to perfection, always coming out either slightly undercooked or a bit overcooked. Nothing inedible, but the cooking could definitely be improved to do justice to the excellent handmade pasta.
The formula is delicious and successful, but above all, it's plentiful—we were literally bursting at the seams! I would perhaps revise the dishes, perhaps eliminating a sample of the first course or the pizza (after four courses of pasta, you don't feel the need for it, even if that was also very good), to make room for some vegetables or a sample of dessert to round things off. Overall, despite a few details that could be improved, we had a wonderful evening, and given the excellent value, we'll definitely have the opportunity to return!
