A beautiful trattoria with an all-you-can-eat formula that allows you to gorge yourself on Roman specialties. The carbonara is a very painful note, not made with the famous carbocrema, but excellent value for money and friendliness and good service

Not a pleasant experience. I don't know if we were on the wrong day but we had to request drinks several times. The first courses, brought by the chef, were cold.

If you are looking for a typical Roman trattoria, come here. Typical dishes of traditional cuisine. Finally, don't give up the chef's dessert, enjoy it. Theme music. Mr. Sergio displays the dishes with elegance, love, friendliness and sobriety. Advised.

Went yesterday for lunch with a friend, without a reservation. Good welcome from Mr. Sergio, who explained to us how it worked here too (why yes, I looked around them all for comparison), i.e. all you can eat at a fair price or à la carte. Each chef has his own, but I haven't noticed any errors of any kind. Without a doubt the chicory and anchovy bruschettas are the best, followed by the beans with rind... but the meatballs in amatriciana sauce? Do we want to talk about it?! Really top.

We took part in the January all-you-can-eat offer of 19.90. 6 appetizers were brought (photo) and then you could order all the desired first, second and desserts accompanied by water and house wine. Friendly and helpful staff

01/09/2024: Una fraschetta con la F maiuscola per tuo ciò che abbiamo potuto gustare ed apprezzare. Materie prime infinitamente fresche. Servizio celere, cortese e professionale. Il titolare è stato attento ad ogni nostra pretesa. La porchetta la migliore di Ariccia. Complimenti.
19/05/2024: Attratti dalle recensioni positive, decidiamo di fermarci a pranzo. Menù a prezzo fisso da 25 euro. Antipasto abbondante, ma niente di eccezionale. Ci aspettavamo una porchetta migliore, ci dispiace che nel nostro piatto non ci sia capitata neanche un pezzetto di "coccia". Arrosticini con qualche minuto di cottura mancante.
