Everything is very refined and refined, you taste various doughs, well explained, with the desired filling chosen from those available. More than pizzas, they are "breads" seasoned and stuffed, soft or crunchy, but still a whim to indulge in sooner or later. €22-25 per pizza... As a group, a few are enough (not one each) so you can taste more. The 6 of us took 4 and were full.

All the pizzas are excellent, with top quality ingredients. You can see the care that goes into creating these pizzas, and actually see the chefs preparing them from the dining room. We loved the scroc and the romana, we will definitely come back!

Overall positive experience, good pizza, the idea of sharing and beers
Personally I appreciated the Roman one more but I also tasted the scrock and the cloud and the condiment ingredients are very good
The combinations fit perfectly
I would like to suggest with the cloud that you bring some seasoning separately in a small bowl or on the plate itself. I don't know why it really is a lot of dough and not much seasoning so you end up eating only bread which, although good, is tiring.
Now a sore point, certainly the bill is in my opinion definitely too expensive for 3 pizzas, we spent €40 each for a beer and a bottle of water, 2 coffees and a bitter.
I repeat, the quality is very good and it is certainly special but in my opinion it is too expensive.

I invite anyone to go there to live a sonsorial experience eating the gourmet pizza FROM SOBB. I won't say anything else because it is only and exclusively worth trying!!!!!! Even desserts make the difference! Very kind and convivial staff, well-kept environment. You just have to reach Casorate D'Adda

We ate three different doughs...nuvola, romano and scrocchiarella....all delicious....highly hydrated, soft and crunchy pizza, simply fantastic...we will definitely be back
