We're from Palermo and were pleasantly surprised, first by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, second by the delicious pizza and the freshness of the fish (the octopus tentacles were PERFECT), and lastly by the view that accompanied the dinner. We really don't understand what some of the negative reviews have to say. Congratulations to "da Sasà"!

Seating is almost entirely outdoors: if you sit down during sunset, it's a dream. The staff seems to have been hired straight from the CONI job placement lists: they rush like crazy to accommodate all requests. We had the pizza: among the best we've ever tasted! The only downside is Michelone the cat, who's a bit overweight and should be on a diet, but his owner Katia spoils him, as she does us customers!

Beautiful location Very friendly staff and owner The crusted burrata appetizer was delicious The pizza was made with Neapolitan dough and was packed with ingredients. The price list was reasonable; we even received a discount. This will be a go-to place in Cefalù.

Absolutely incredible pizza and view. The mortadella and pesto with pistachio out of this world. The house red wine was not good though. Would recommend getting a bottle of something else. Service was a bit slow. Be prepared on patio that there are mosquitoes.

Best pizza in Cefalù! We went there last night for pizza. It has a breathtaking view of the sea and excellent food. The Pizza Larry is highly recommended, as is the semifreddo for dessert. Friendly service.

One of the best pizza places I have been to in Sicily, I ordered the Diavola and the Smokey salmon as a starter both being top quality. Would recommend a reservation as was full when we arrived.

A lovely restaurant with a view of the water. The food was delicious, the buratta with pistachio is a MUST. They have a good selection of local wines and beers and you can have a drink whilst you wait for a table. Would definitely recommend and advise making a reservation, but we turned up and didn't have to wait long

Odori e sapori al vecchio monte

15/08/2025: A wonderful, atmospheric place <3 I had the opportunity to try delicious pasta with stracciatella and pistachios. It was my first time trying such flavor combinations, and I knew right then that it wouldn't be the last :) and I was so brave I ordered pasta and pizza in Bari later on. The wine is highly recommended. I'd love to go back there again if I have the chance!
25/03/2025: I just saw that the restaurant was temporarily closed, I hope it's only temporary because you can eat THE BEST LASAGNA in Palermo there. Very friendly staff, adorable manager and very very affordable prices for the quality offered! Grazie Mille!
