Dining at Trattoria da Sasà was a dreamy experience. The atmosphere was charming, and the food was even better. The pasta was exceptional—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. To top it all off, the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly made the evening special. I can’t wait to return!

Friendly staff but they don't give you time to finish and they take away your plates almost making you anxious to send you away, the fish is fresh but the frying was rubbery, the restaurant atmosphere, fair prices.

You can't say you've been to Salerno if you haven't been to eat at Sasa'. Kindness and courtesy are the watchwords and the quality of the raw materials and the cuisine will leave you speechless.....until the next bite. Absolutely worth trying

If you are passing through Salerno, this is a place not to be missed. The quality/price ratio is perfect. Everything was delicious. We highly recommend Sasa's starter to taste everything. The lobster pasta was delicious. It is best to book in advance, otherwise you can try without reservation.

Sono stato con amici e famiglia da Sasa ristornate rinomato e molto conosciuto a Salerno, sinceramente un po deluso rispetto alle aspettative. Cucina buona e di qualità, porzioni non molto generose, personale un po da rivedere (donato il titolare accogliente e disponibile), pensate che hanno fatto la così detta servita per sporzionare e c'è capitato un ragazzo che probabilmente new entri e molto scocciato. Facile da raggiungere, seppur a piedi in quanto zona pedonale - ztl con parcheggi un po lontanucci, locale molto accogliente e romantico. Prezzo un po caruccio, pensate 85 euro (due antipasti per due, due primi per due, mezzogiorno di vino locale alla spina, tre bottigliette d'acqua). Ci ritornerò ma con molte meno aspettative

Nous avons passé une super soirée et avons très très bien mangé En entrée des couteaux : excellents, sticks de cabillaud, en plats, tartare de thon, le poisson du jour, et un combiné gambas calamars grillés En dessert panacotta à la mangue Tout était très bien Je recommande

18/08/2024: With extreme pleasure, more than 20 years later, I remember this beautiful restaurant place. I went there in 2002 and Mr. was the owner and owner. Mario with his wife and children. A mutual friend from Corbara brought me who then got married in August and I was invited to the wedding. I went several times both in the evening and at midday. Even then the quality of the food was excellent, it was more of a pizzeria than a restaurant, but I still found myself at ease on every occasion. Service, courtesy, food always at the top... I have a memory that I still carry in a corner of my heart today. I don't know if it's the same owners or their children but I have to say that you are always at the top and even improved. 17/08/2024: When you arrive at this grill restaurant up there you can admire a breathtaking view... Vesuvius... a place on 2 floors with different rooms... excellent pizza, real Neapolitan pizza and delicious meat. Fast and friendly staff Closed on Tuesdays.

Ristorante Pineta 1903

03/09/2024: Amazing food, and really nice ambiente sitting underneath the lemon trees. First you get a freshly made oil to dip your bread in, with basil and lemon zest. Then the drinks, which were pretty decent, although the red velvet could’ve been larger. Finally the main dishes: The ravioli were exquisite. The scoglio 1903 portion was huge with a lot of seafood! All in all an expensive but worthwhile dinner!
02/09/2024: Very good food! It was so beautiful sitting under the lemon trees. This is a hidden gem! I would recommend though that someone should stand at the door because you wouldn’t know this restaurant was like this just walking by. The front entrance doesn’t have anyone sitting there but once you walk to the back that is where the magic is! Would def recommend to eat here when in Maiori.
