An excellent seafood trattoria serving classic dishes, but also offering some delicious options, unlike the monotony of other restaurants of this type. What's striking, however, is the incredibly fast service, something rarely seen elsewhere! They must be very organized in the kitchen! Prices are reasonable for the average, including the wines, which are plentiful and affordable. The only downside is that it would have been nice to find a wine by the glass from Campania, given the extensive menu.

While strolling around Salerno to see the "winter sea," we found this fantastic trattoria. We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is small but welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The menu is carefully curated, and we sampled delicious dishes that were also beautiful to look at. The final price for the meal was fair for what we ate. The only downside: they don't serve coffee to finish the meal.

The food is wonderful, the environment is great. The location is a bit like a maze, but it's accessible nonetheless. What to improve would be how some smoking waitress keep their clothes. While being served, the strong smell of smoke disturbs our appetite. A reason to be praised is the service offered by the Spanish speaking waiter, specially for the attention and finesse with dealing with clients. Besides they're remarks, chapeau aí chef and staff.

I had the pleasure of eating at Trattoria da Sasà in Salerno, and it was a truly excellent experience. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, typical of a true Italian trattoria, where you immediately feel at home. The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and you can taste the love for traditional Campania cuisine. From the traditional pasta to the flavorful main courses, each course is generous and carefully prepared. Also noteworthy is the excellent value for money, an increasingly rare find. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, ready to recommend the daily specials and make guests feel pampered from start to finish. I highly recommend Trattoria da Sasà to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, flavorful, and wholesome dishes in the heart of Salerno. I'll definitely be back!
