After 15 years I returned to eat their piadina... and it remained exactly as I remembered it: fragrant, tasty, genuine. No compromise with quality, no passing fads: here we serve the real Romagna piadina, handmade and cooked to order, with fresh, selected ingredients. The menu is simple but winning: classics with raw ham, squacquerone and rocket, up to richer variations, but all sharing a perfect base: thin, soft piadina with the right balance of flavor. The atmosphere is informal, convivial, with a family flavour. Romano is one of those places that doesn't chase trends, it creates them while remaining true to itself

Historic piadineria in Riccione. 5 star environment only because it has remained super rustic and super simple for 40 years; overlooking the street, without any pretense of being something it isn't, it has helpful and friendly staff and very few plastic chairs and tables to lean on, alone if there aren't many people. Great variety of piadinas, including sweet and gourmand ones. The piadina is whole in segments for each portion; thin and easily digestible with top quality cold cuts and raw materials. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who love tradition, superlative goodness and don't care about useless luxury.

I've been going to this piadineria for years and I think it's hands down the best piadina in Riccione. Piada always super stuffed with really good dough. Highly recommended
