This restaurant is located along the Via Cassia at the entrance to Montefiascone. It has a spacious dining area that can accommodate a reasonable number of guests, as well as an outdoor area. The kitchen area features a huge wood-fired brazier, where top-quality meats are cooked. Overall, the menu offers well-crafted dishes. The seafood dishes are particularly noteworthy. The cod is truly exquisite in all its forms: stewed with potatoes, roasted, or fried. Lake fish, such as whitefish, are also available. The wine list offers a decent selection, all of which are of a good standard. The wait staff is friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, as is the owner, Roland. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

Every time, an experience that doesn't disappoint!! It's incredible how, whether you choose meat or fish, you're completely satisfied with the quality!!! Tagliolini with lobster, grilled cod, seafood and fish appetizers, steaks, and exquisite desserts.!! Courtesy and cleanliness are paramount!!! I recommend the pesto.

At the entrance to Montefiascone, coming from Viterbo, you'll find this restaurant, dated in its furnishings but rich in the flavors of its cuisine. Excellent first courses and exquisite grilled meats, with attentive, fast, and never intrusive service. Ample parking right in front.

Recommended by Ippolito of the beautiful Le Ginestre farmhouse, the result was excellent... an Oscar-worthy veal loin.

Superb trattoria with meat cooked in front of you on the grill, a spectacle for the eyes and the palate. You'll leave feeling very satisfied for the right price. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to drink any wine, but given the selection, I think it's the perfect place to try some new labels.
