At the entrance to Montefiascone, coming from Viterbo, you'll find this restaurant, dated in its furnishings but rich in the flavors of its cuisine. Excellent first courses and exquisite grilled meats, with attentive, fast, and never intrusive service. Ample parking right in front.

Recommended by Ippolito of the beautiful Le Ginestre farmhouse, the result was excellent... an Oscar-worthy veal loin. I recommend it myself.

Superb trattoria with meat cooked in front of you on the grill, a spectacle for the eyes and the palate. You'll leave feeling very satisfied for the right price. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to drink any wine, but given the selection, I think it's the perfect place to try some new labels.

We happened upon this restaurant a little by chance on an Italian national holiday and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and of the service. So far it has been the best restaurant we have tried during this holiday. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: We ate homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms. Very tasty 😋. I really enjoyed the house wine. The place is quite large and has the charm of a circus tent. We were there off-season. It's worth a visit.
22/09/2025: Typical 1980s fish appetizer... good. Seafood pasta dish was good, a little salty. Fried food was inedible... a real disappointment... rubbery... I'd almost dare say it tasted like the frozen ones in the bags... the wine list had decidedly poor quality products... in short, you don't know what to choose. It's a shame... the place is poorly maintained and looks like someone has given up and doesn't care anymore. Price €127 for two

25/09/2025: My fellow diners and I had a great time. Despite not having wheelchair access due to a few steps at the entrance, the owner helped a wheelchair user down. This alone makes this restaurant worth a visit, where there are still such kind people. Thank you.
