During my recent visit to Da Roland restaurant I tried the mixed fish starter and the grilled fish. Unfortunately, I have to say that the overall experience fell short of expectations. The mixed fish starter did not impress with either freshness or variety, leaving me rather disappointed. The grilled fish, although well presented, lacked flavor and did not live up to the quality I expected. The venue itself did not contribute to improving the overall impression. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the furniture dated. The service, while courteous, was slow and not particularly attentive. A plus point is the large car park in front of the restaurant, which makes access convenient. However, this positive aspect is not enough to compensate for the shortcomings found. In summary, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Roland, aaa if Roland wasn't there to guard the entrance to Montefiascone, our town wouldn't be the same. It is not a trattoria despite its warm and welcoming environment, run by a wonderful family, but a real restaurant that has the ability to serve excellent quality meat and fish. Shall we then talk about the splendid selection of red and white wines and countless and refined sparkling wines and champagne? Whether you are passionate about fish or meat, believe me they will amaze you. Try it to believe it.

I don't think I've eaten a better Chianina than this, otherwise I appreciate the courtesy and promptness in being served. Recommended.

Siamo stati a cena in tre sere diverse e abbiamo ordinato sia primi che secondi e visto le porzioni ci siamo limitati sempre un solo piatto. Ben cucinati entrambi, cottura ben curata soprattutto i piatti alla brace grazie alla competenza del titolare. Ampia la scelta dei vini per regione ma a Montefiascone non potevamo che scegliere EST,EST,EST. Cordiale e simpatico il servizio. Una bella esperienza. Consiglio

Cibo buono ed ambiente "da trattoria" Buona la brace di carne. Peccato che i prezzi siano "fuori norma" ! Ci vogliono 40€ a persona per mangiare (con accortenza!!) Peccato... Potrebbe avere più clienti...
