Beautiful discovery. Very friendly staff. Tuna tartare truly exceptional. Also tried a package of cherry tomatoes, sea bass and olives with a truly fresh and particular flavour. Value for money considering the quality of the products is really good. Also tried the cacio e pepe with artichokes, very good. Now in Rome for a good first course you can travel around 14 euros. Right portions. Delicious warm bread. To return to try the other dishes.

My 3rd time in Rome and I finally learned you have to go into authentic Italian neighborhoods to get the best food. Still, this restaurant would trump them all. The menu is seasonal and small enough to know the food is all home made and cooked to order. The atmosphere was energizing and the service impeccable. Thank you Sara for making our experience so special.

“Verrò, ma deve essere una cena seria. Odio le persone che prendono i pasti alla leggera”. Oscar Wilde. Questo impeccabile ristorante, scoperto grazie ad amici, e’ esattamente questo: rispetto per il cibo grazie ad un menù “serio” ma non troppo, cura e attenzione del Personale per il cliente, presente ma mai invadente e un arredamento ricercato che ti fa dimenticare cosa ci sia fuori da lì (quasi un ritorno al passato e alle buone maniere). Per non ultimo, una clientela che riflette il ristorante. Da riprovare. Complimenti.

Sempre una certezza. L’ambiente è accogliente, lo staff attento ed efficiente. Cucina romana molto buona, notevoli i tonnarelli cacio e pepe con petali di carciofo croccanti, le polpettine e i carciofi alla romana. Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo.

12/04/2025: The spaghetti carbonara is delicious, Roman-style. If you go early, you won't have to wait. A must-try again.
10/04/2025: 5 stars are too few to evaluate yesterday's lunch: not a lunch but a challenge that ended not with the slipper....more: complete cleaning of the serving spoon of a phenomenal Gricia, after an appetizer of porchetta and focaccia with lard. I would say more than satisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Thanks to those who recommended and brought me to this place!!!
