Excellent.
Without knowing Rome, we opted for this restaurant because it fit all our requirements, good reviews, close to our accommodation and a good menu.
I have to confess that the experience could not have been more positive, ten out of ten, restaurant far from the center, food from Romans for Romans, I think we were the only ones from outside.
The pasta is on point, special mention to the Spaghetti a la vongale veraci and some exquisite desserts.
We will return on the next visit to Rome.

Restaurant with a good name. Sufficiently assorted menu, courteous and helpful service, not always very efficient (we would have appreciated a slightly more experienced sommelier).
First courses good, but not abundant (in the first course of ravioli with ricotta and spinach, it was six ravioli counted, although of a fair size).
Original and well-conceived and cooked second courses, with modern condiments that are sometimes pleasant, sometimes less so.
Be careful when choosing dishes not on the basic menu, such as lasagne or fried fish, because the price definitely rises to around 50-60 euros per person, so be careful to check the prices when ordering and the offers of the day.
Good quality wine list.

The review as Google advisor level 8 refers exclusively to the food tasted and ordered, the environment, the service and cleanliness.
Food: Baked pork with potatoes
Environment: internal room
Service: waiters (not owners of the business)
Cleaning: dishes, toilet, tablecloth and floor.
Judgments and considerations:
Baked pork slice: good cooking; the meat was too dry and stringy.
Good baked potatoes but the quantity is small as seen in the photo. I would add that the dish was presented simple as you see in the photo without vegetables or salad and it wasn't even offered to me as an option.
Service: courtesy and professionalism 5/5
Cleanliness: Excellent 5/5
I strongly advise customers not to have lunch outside as there is a smell and very polluted air in this area of the city and unfortunately due to waste in the street there are huge seagulls, pigeons and insects (flies, mosquitoes, wasps, etc etc)
Cost of baked pig €20.
Restaurant outside the tourist circuit which must therefore compete with quality. It undoubtedly wins in comparison with many renowned Roman restaurants. I went twice with different guests who complimented me on the choice of place and the quality of the dishes. It's difficult to choose one but the oxtail is among the best you can eat in Rome. A little advice to the owner: a few extra smiles and pleasantries won't hurt.

Everything was very good, perhaps the portions were a little small. The table they gave us for 8 people was very good, generally in this restaurant the tables are quite far from each other, so you don't hear the neighbor's conversation.

Cucina romana presentata con gusto, misura e cortesia. Si mangia molto bene in un ambiente tradizionale e molto piacevole. Bella carta dei vini. Conto onesto.

Un ambiente familiare e piacevole. Tavoli ben distanziati e atmosfera tranquilla.
Abbiamo assaggiato varie portate di un menù che ci ha fatto, sin da subito, una buona impressione.
La cacio e pepe con carciofi croccanti (portati in tavola separati dai tonnarelli già mantecati e da aggiungere a proprio gusto) l'ho trovata sfiziosa quel tanto da poter dire che si è tentata una, seppur minima, rivisitazione di un grande classico della nostra tradizione mentre un qualcosa in più lo oserei, se mi è permesso, nelle troppo semplici costolette di abbacchio panate e fritte: chessò un impiattamento diverso, una salsetta a latere, invece del misero spicchio di limone buttato lì, da poter usare a propria discrezione (un po' come i carciofi croccanti di cui sopra).
Buoni gli altri piatti come composizione e materie prime. Gradevoli i dolci per completare un soddisfacente pranzo domenicale.
Servizio attento ma distaccato, un poco più di empatia, senza strafare, non guasterebbe.
