Excellent location right outside of Vatican City. Their Norcina is excellent. Great service, prices, and atmosphere. You must go here if you are near the Vatican!

Excellent food, but the waiter was not very friendly, very pushy...!! He pointed out that we were sitting in the restaurant and one appetizer per person was too little! They don't charge a cover charge, but they charge for bread 🍞 a good €3 per basket, then they ask if you want to leave something for the cover charge!

I'd say the typical local cuisine is excellent. They were truly exquisite. I can't fault the service, much less the prices! I wish I'd discovered them sooner. My next trip to Rome will be a must-visit.

Situata in Borgo Pio a due passi dal Vaticano, è un ottimo ristorante che negli anni si è mantenuto tale. Lo frequento da quasi 40 anni e vado sempre volentieri. I prezzi sono nella media, i piatti abbastanza abbondanti e il personale gentile e attento.

Ero partito da casa con il fermo proposito di consumare il pranzo in questo locale. Sono molto soddisfatto di tutto. Cibo ottimo, servizio svolto con garbo e cortesia e prezzo onesto. Locale nei pressi San Pietro che vale la pena ritornare. Di sicuro diventerà il mio punto fisso quando sarò nei pressi del Vaticano. Grazie dell'ottimo pranzo

02/10/2025: In a word, "PARADISE." My boyfriend and I had dinner here, and the location was truly beautiful, especially the bathroom. We ordered two amatricianas, and what can I say...in my humble opinion, it was the best I've ever eaten. We then shared a tagliata with baked potatoes, which was also delicious, and to finish off, we shared an EXCEPTIONAL tiramisu. We'll definitely be back.
