Found it by chance, on a Monday, when all the restaurants are closed. Almost by chance because I also double-check the reviews, but I don't look at the positive ones, but the negative ones. Over time, I've learned to spot the fake ones simply because the customer waited a few minutes or even a quarter of an hour and got annoyed. Personally, I believe that a restaurant is also a place to spend time, and if the food is excellent, even if you wait, you enjoy it even more. If you want cafeteria-style service, in Viterbo there's the Conad bistro, which is truly excellent—and I'm not kidding! But back to the restaurant. Beyond the courtesy and cleanliness, what struck me was the quality of the food, especially the mussels, for example. For the first time in many years, I've found them free of that bitter aftertaste, which perhaps indicates not a lack of quality but rather a lack of careful cleaning of the shells and fish that wasn't purged in clean water. Let's not forget that mollusks are "filters." And what about the fried food? Nothing, nothing, just one word: delicate! And I'd add dry and fried in fresh oil. And I'll stop there because the rest is truly a surprise! I'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu. It's not "extra long," which is a good thing, but it's very inviting. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The fish was delicious, and especially the gluten-free options were top of the list. I absolutely recommend it.

I'd heard good things about it for years, and today we stopped for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience! The seafood menu is extensive, but the dishes are simply cooked, given the excellent quality! The fish was presented fresh and served impeccably! All this was topped off with beautiful smiles, which enhanced the already very professional welcome. What more can I say? The food is excellent, and it's a place that suits all budgets. I went there on July 21st to celebrate my birthday with friends and relatives (12 people) top menu and cake made by the restaurant as well, excellent service as always, all my guests were more than satisfied 😎

It had been about 2 years since I had been to this restaurant and unfortunately I was dissatisfied, after years and years of coming here. Portions drastically reduced and prices increased. Mediocre quality for what they now charge. Always excellent service and courtesy of the waiters.
