A historic trattoria that over time has never lost the goal of making its customers eat well. An appetizer with crescentine or pinzini (depending on whether you are from Bologna or Ferrara), various cured meats: super mortadella, a bit of pancetta, a bit of soppressa, a bit of coppa and a delicious unsalted ham. And then the pumpkin tortelli, then the pappardelle with wild boar and finally the guinea fowl and mutton. But we want to add the trifle... also the creme brulee... we didn't find anything out of place. A pleasure 😀

Excellent food in general, wide choice, typical dishes such as pumpkin and ricotta tortelli, excellent meat and appetizers with cured meats, pickles, sauces and fried gnocco. Parking without problems, good service. I recommend it

We went to eat the fried crescentine and the grilled crescentine (a very pleasant discovery), everything was excellent including various cured meats and sauces. The waitresses were very nice, we will definitely be back

It is a restaurant that my wife and I have been frequenting for more than 20 years, and I must say that we have always had dinner and lunch with excellent dishes, both meat and fish, even the cold cuts with excellent crescentine and last but not least their desserts, truly excellent!!!, the service is truly exceptional and fast, it's practically the same for 25 years, very well-trained and friendly girls, the owner is also very kind, at Pippi you really feel like family

A restaurant that is a certainty ranging from traditional (Bolognese - Ferrarese) to fish.
Getting things in order...
Excellent in crescentine (pinzini) also baked as well as the usual fried ones.
APPETIZERS :
CRESCENTINE TOP
Ni zunna pie, too watery, probably freezer effect
FIRST:
Good lasagna.
TOP tortellini.
Excellent pumpkin tortelloni (not too sugary) cooked very well and very generous.
Ricotta tortelloni good but not up to the tortellini and pumpkin.
NO fish risotto, too watered down and bland, perhaps dress it up a bit...
Onion soup: good, good, I would have added more Emmental and less onion, but good.
Mushroom crepes not bad but small in quantity
SECONDS:
Salama Good
Donkey with polenta NO although cooked well, bland and with little sauce.
Beef fillet Good.
The fillet is also good
Good eel, a nice 8.
Grilled fish instead we give a 9
Sliced with balsamic vinegar: good requires more conviction. More toasted.
SIDE DISHES:
Excellent fried potatoes
Very good fried courgettes with added salt.
SWEETS:
Tiramisu is actually a good mascarpone.
Coffee tile: good for those who love coffee, for me who take a macchiato with sugar it is too bitter.

The panna cotta is good and plentiful.
Tenerina is quite tough, not bad, add more cream please..
Good service.
Simple environment, very clean bathrooms.
Parking close by.
And low prices!
At the moment I think they have an all-inclusive fixed price crescentine evening on Thursdays.
Ps. : I imagine it's an expensive expense but I recommend changing chairs... If you have a day of back pain I'm not the best.. 😬

Nel complesso non male.
Non lo ricorderai come un'esperienza gourmet ma, il rapporto qualità prezzo è onesto. Locale per gente "anziana" niente fronzoli o luci soffuse.
