All the dishes were delicious, the appetizer spectacular: The attention to having separated vegetarian products from meat-based ones was unexpected and very welcome, given the presence of a vegetarian person. The menu is fortunately very clear, which is generally a sign of freshness and quality. It's also a good idea to ask for daily specials that aren't on the menu. Every year we travel between Rome and Bari and this year we decided to stop here at Pino's... an incredible place, well looked after, the girl who welcomed us let us taste the homemade cuisine and the family wine, all truly of the highest quality level! scoperto per caso domenica 19 maggio ho fatto tappa in questo locale. Siamo stati accolti con garbo da una ragazza rivelatasi poi la figlia del titolare, nonché la responsabile del servizio, con la quale abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere quanto offerto anche perché per la giornata festiva era previsto anche un fuori menù. Ci ha consigliato benissimo, raccontandoci ogni pietanza proposta e riuscendo a farci scegliere senza alcun dubbio. Abbiamo mangiato ( in 4 ) 2 antipasti della casa, variegati e ricchi, 4 primi ( 2 scarparielli, 1 fungo porcini, 1 ragu della domenica con annesse cotica e bracioletta) 2 secondi abbondanti contorni e 3 dolci della casa. abbiamo bevuto un ottimo vino rosso di taurasi, servito in bottiglia e non etichettato in quanto di loro produzione, e classico caffè e ammazzacaffè, e varie bottiglie d'acqua, 'per un costo complessivo a listino di 150€, con una piccola attenzione finale. La cosa che mi ha maggiormente soddisfatto è stata la qualità e la bontà delle pietanze, e soprattutto la familiarità di Pino e Ida e dalla mamma al termine del pranzo, come se ci conoscessimo da tempo. Davvero delle belle persone, genuine e che ti fanno sentire a casa tua, anche se hai pranzato a casa loro. Da tornare per assaggiare eventualmente la carne alla brace e la pizza
