Ottimo ristorante in centro Abetone, si mangia bene e qualità/prezzo sono ottimi. Stanza panoramica che si affaccia sulla vallata e sulle piste.

We went to this restaurant on a Friday for lunch.
The lady in the dining room is very nice, the service is fast, the dishes are amazing. We took:
Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and truffles, Alpine sirloin, strawberry cheesecake. All of a unique goodness. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante un venerdi a pranzo.
La signora in sala è simpaticissima, il servizio veloce, i piatti strepitosi. Abbiamo preso:
Tagliatelle ai porcini, tagliolini ai porcini e tartufo, controfiletto all’alpina, cheesecake alle fragole. Tutto di una bontà unica. Consigliatissimo.

We had lunch today in this now famous restaurant for the quality of its porcini-based dishes and it did not disappoint this time either. Crostone with porcini mushrooms and polenta with a generous layer of porcini mushrooms. Optimal. All products made in-house.

Restaurant da Pierone ..via Brennero Abetone province of Pistoia. It opens at lunchtime and closes in the afternoon to reopen at 7.30pm, and run by the owners who are really nice...with a truly unique kindness, and very available for any eventuality. The interior consists of a very welcoming room with tables furnished like a village tavern. From here you can enjoy a truly enchanting view of the village and the valley. Among the dishes on the menu we find... tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, fillet all'Apinina, fried porcini mushrooms, polenta and porcini mushrooms, carpaccio, tagliolini with truffle, pork stew with mushrooms, penne with speck and cheese, fillet steaks with porcini caps , tortellini with cream and ham, appetizers with lard and bruschetta, fresh fried porcini mushrooms, tagliolini with truffles, cold cuts of game, venison tartare on a bed of purees"... all accompanied by excellent wines, delicious desserts, bitters and coffee". I wholeheartedly recommend stopping here for a sweet, unforgettable stop.
