The first course was acceptable, but the cod with potatoes was very salty. Overall, including the service, it was so-so. The bill was fair.

Trattoria in the historic center with a few tables on the terrace. Simple and home-made dishes but good. The service is fast. Mainly meat menu.

Typical trattoria, in the center with windows on the main square of Leonessa and a small but well-kept garden. Excellent and digestible food, cooked with care and served with passion. Absolutely honest prices.

Local home cooking, excellent! The gnocchi and some types of pasta are handmade (I recommend trying the gnocchi with mutton sauce). Fast and friendly staff. Really good prices. Recommended

I've been going there for a long time. Gnocchi with mutton sauce. Mixed roast. Zuppa inglese. (Sometimes not much soup) Book to be on the safe side. Popular.

Very cute, welcoming, old-fashioned trattoria, in the historic center of Leonessa, in a wonderful corner. Classic, genuine, and above all cheap cuisine! Everything was good! Even the dessert, the zuppa inglese, was exquisite! The service was excellent, the people were friendly, nice and above all smiling, not at all harsh to our 1000 requests. What can I say, it's a place that deserves to be seen and believed!

Excellent welcome, fast and friendly service, good choice of menu and really good homemade desserts. Not an Aic restaurant but they know the needs of celiacs and have a good choice

Beautiful surprise for those coming from Rome. Abbacchio 10 cum laude. Fresh homemade pasta. Each course REALLY better than the other. A pleasure, we don't rule out returning! The staff were very kind and above all very attentive. Well done!

22/07/2025: This is one of the two best restaurants on the Salaria state road (SS4), and it's worth stopping there specifically for this purpose, even if you're planning on stopping along the way. The restaurant is clean and has a family feel, as is its cuisine. The service is fast, and the staff is truly kind and welcoming. The first courses (traditional Roman dishes) are spectacular (special mention for the griscia) and the portions are generous. The second courses are also worth a try, especially the mixed grill and the chicken cutlet, accompanied by a succulent focaccia/pizza al piatto. The side dishes are as authentic as they are tasty, as is the bread served with the cover charge. Very good value for money.
