Historic restaurant in the village. Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food isn't good. Tasteless, third-rate supermarket-quality meat. High prices.

We stumbled upon Guadagnolo almost by chance, and when we got to the little square, we saw "Ristorante da Peppe"...an excellent experience!!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was home-cooked...we'll definitely be back to try other dishes...once isn't enough!!!!

I met him in November 1993, and it was our first dinner with the man who would later become my husband. We returned years later and were always welcomed. He knew Peppe, a warm and welcoming place where you felt right at home. The food was generous and very good, and the prices were reasonable.
I'll never forget that first dinner there; it's in my heart.

The trattoria is very rustic and well-organized, both with its tables and its large fireplace with a large grill. The food is excellent, with a fairly varied menu featuring typical local fare, and the service is attentive and prompt, with the staff being very friendly. The food is both high-quality and plentiful, with porcini mushrooms and various sauces, and a wide variety of first courses. The grilled meats, especially the lamb, are very good and flavorful. Homemade desserts and much more are also available. It deserves much better than average reviews. Recommended.

We ate very well.
We had two starters: I had two of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and ricotta and spinach ravioli topped with asparagus and pancetta. For the main course, two portions of arrosticini, half a bottle of wine, and two coffees, for a total of €60.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the setting and the situation.
We'll definitely be back.

A rustic restaurant. The owner is amazing! He joked around with us and made us feel welcome. The bruschetta was delicious. A dish to try is the ravioli with spinach and ricotta topped with mushrooms. And the chocolate dessert with cherries was divine! We had a wonderful conversation with the owner and his mother after lunch which only enriched our experience. We were even given gifts as we were about to leave! The town is rustic and is the highest town in the Lazio region. The drive to the town is stunning. You can find good food in many places, but what remains with you is the hospitality of the owners and staff, all of whom were friendly and kind.
