A Postone where I often stop, on my motorbike rides, to eat some Stratospheric Cevapci. With a beautiful view of the Soka River (Isonzo) there is always a lot of people, a clear sign that the site is appreciated but the staff (who speak Italian) is quick, friendly and efficient. The prices are ridiculous. Advised.

Again after two years and again a great Burger. First visit some 10 years ago. a regular stop ever since and always top quality food. Congratulations and thanks for the assurance of quality 👍😉

Excellent grilled meat and vegetables and friendly and helpful staff, low prices, every year there is something new. The other year the maxi sandwich of both meat and vegetables. This year a kind of piadina well stuffed with vegetables and cheese. There are also desserts and salads. Everything excellent.

26/01/2025: Simple food but with an extra touch, the chef manages to find a perfect balance between taste and presentation, the desserts are extraordinary especially the spoonful ones, fresh and almost 0 km high quality ingredients, the service is excellent, waiters very attentive to the orders and very helpful, the environment is truly welcoming and elegant, I consider this restaurant to be on par with a starred one
30/12/2024: Quality produce, diverse menu, great wine list, wonderful flavours and presentation. Lovely setting and ambience too. A gastronomical highlight of our travels.

20/01/2025: Diciamo che ho avuto la conferma di ciò che già conoscevo. Il ristornate I gelsi di Guardea è un buon ristorante dove mangiare carne o pesce di buon livello, con piatti tradizionali, senza che nessuno abbia da ridire. Servizio efficiente e cortese, prezzi i giusti ed locale accogliente. Non riesce però ad entusiasmarmi perché è da sempre uguale a se stesso. Buono, ma non eccellente .
