02/06/25 stag party, we stopped here, on the advice of the village entertainer, tasty food and very friendly and attentive staff, special note for the waiter Massimo who served us at the table. Highly recommended (especially the carbonara)

We arrived by chance because the one we were going to was closed but…. INCREDIBLE! The waiter was very friendly, the food was spectacular. I make a note to return as soon as I return to Rome, exquisite pasta, delicious chicken, delicatessen dessert!

Trattoria Roma in Testaccio, family-run and not the usual well-known trattorias, where you have to queue and where you eat one next to the other, here you eat in peace and above all you eat divinely, when it came to dessert I couldn't stand anything anymore and on advice we had them bring a taste (photo) of the two homemade desserts... a triumph of taste! I think it's the place where I've eaten best in my life. The service is excellent.

Typical Roman restaurant, where you feel at home.
I highly recommend the first courses because I'm crazy about them: in first place I put the carbonara which is amazing, in second place the cacio e pepe and lastly the amatriciana.
I tried all three!!

Tutto buonissimo dall’ antipasto al dolce!
Buonissimi i nervetti come la lingua, carbonara top. Trippa, pollo al forno, abbacchio e coda alla vaccinara ricordano i sapori della cucina trafficata nella tradizione romanesca, così anche come i carciofi! Unica piccola nota è stato per le puntatelle a mio gusto tagliate troppo o doppie! Prezzi più che onesti.

Tradizione a tutto spiano, dalla prima all’ultima riga del menu. Abbiamo provato: antipasto romano, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, carciofi alla romana, puntarelle, verza e patate, torta della nonna, torta ricotta e visciole, ciambelle al vino. Il resto la prossima volta, perché torneremo di sicuro.
