We happened upon it by chance on a Saturday evening. The aesthetically very refined environment, the clean design of the chandeliers is sometimes combined with exposed bricks and rustic and comfortable tables. Masterful gricia and amatriciana and a series of vegetables, including puntarelle, in whose sauce you can't miss a nice mop, very tasty and very balanced in flavors. To crown this idyll of flavors, the service offered by Massimo and Rosario (very impolite, in his opinion...🤣), courteous, easy-going and, above all, with that ability to make you feel at home.

Dishes according to the best "Roman" tradition. Excellent service and friendly staff. Prices a little above average but you have to consider the level of the cuisine. Parking is not easy: you need to wander around a bit. Reservation recommended.

Tradizione a tutto spiano, dalla prima all’ultima riga del menu. Abbiamo provato: antipasto romano, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, carciofi alla romana, puntarelle, verza e patate, torta della nonna, torta ricotta e visciole, ciambelle al vino. Il resto la prossima volta, perché torneremo di sicuro.

Locale di cucina tipica romana. Ambiente pulito e di ottima qualità i cibi. Personale simpatico e gentile. Rigatoni con pajata Top. La zona è piena di locali tipici, ma lui credo sia da podio.

16/03/2025: Excellent pasta, abundant quantities, well worth it. You feel like the money you pay is worth it., Fun people. Without a doubt a must-see site if you come to see the coliseum. The best in the area.

The only drawback I can say is that the menu did not have languages ​​other than Italian, so it may be difficult for people who come from outside to understand it and choose the dishes. A good detail they had is that when we brought the bill they gave us some very good hot chocolate covered pizza balls. A good detail.

21/03/2025: Typical Roman trattoria, with excellent food and correct portions, set with tablecloths and nothing "synthetic". It's useless to want anything different and fancy (there's a place opposite for that) and I hope it can continue to maintain this sincere atmosphere. Excellent for 2 or with the family
