Da Nonna Luisa “Agriturismo Antico Casale” In Piano di sorrento

We arrived in the evening, two couples of friends for three nights during a trip to the south. The trip to the place was very challenging, we drove on ancient Roman roads when there was no more than two cars together. The Wiz took us on winding roads. Only when we arrived did they explain to us that it is not advisable to drive according to the Wiz in these areas. 🤣🤣🤣 We were welcomed from the first moment like family members. We went to have dinner at their restaurant. Everything was delicious and the service was very kind. We were very happy that we did not have to drive to look for a restaurant after the road we took until we arrived. Later in the days we felt like family. An Italian family with roots and respects guests. We were in a room with a sea view which was lovely. The friends took the room to the road which was less successful. In the morning we walked around the yard. The family was busy harvesting and we received explanations for every question. Salvadora - one of the sons who speaks excellent English, gave us useful advice for our trips. Great breakfast! It was a shame that we had to leave after three days. A big thank you to the wonderful family for the cozy, welcoming place they provide.

A magical experience, in a magical place with an incredible family, led by the wonderful Nonna Luisa and her charming dog, Flash! The service from the very first moment was unbeatable. They were very attentive to every detail and always had a smile on their faces. They made us feel like they were our own family. The location just outside Sorrento allowed us to travel efficiently by car to the different tourist spots along the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast was very complete; we needed gluten-free products, and they quickly went and bought them for us :). We only wish we had known the price of the pool before going… we didn't know it wasn't included, and we were surprised by the bill. We will return soon for another visit to the Amalfi Coast, and we have no doubt it will be at Antico Casale Colli di San Pietro. Best regards!

I have given 5⭐️ for the room but haven’t stayed, I did not want them to be downgraded. Mario picked us up from a local hotel, he was friendly and showed us to our table. Whilst the menu may be limited it is most certainly tasty and great value with fantastic specials, definitely a local restaurant. Our server, Roseanna, (I hope this is the correct spelling) was also friendly, helpful and had great knowledge of the wine and food. All in all a great place that produces its own food.

È raro che una cena risulti un'esperienza perfetta sotto ogni aspetto, la cena presso l'antico Casale lo è stata. Ad iniziare dal luogo molto bello, panoramico e che in estate permette di attenuare il caldo e la calca di Sorrento. Ma questo è nulla rispetto ai piatti che abbiamo gustato, una cucina onesta, rispettosa del territorio e delle tradizioni ed eseguita con mano perfetta. Non perdetevi i salumi di produzione propria , la pasta fresca e più in generale lasciatevi consigliare sui piatti fuori menù. Carta dei vini minimale ma di ottima qualità con molto produttori del territorio. Infine il personale in sala che non solo rende piacevole la serata con un servizio attento ma è anche disponibile e appassionato nel raccontare i piatti e le tradizioni del territorio. Super consigliato e, una sola visita non basterà. Noi torneremo di sicuro

A very nice agriturismo! Everything was very clean, a very nice and familiar atmosphere, a wonderful view and a top restaurant with home-made specialties. We'd love to come back.
