Many years of experience in the industry ensure excellent, fast, and efficient service thanks to a superbly organized kitchen and a superbly managed dining room, even in a packed restaurant like last night. When everything is authentic in the truest sense of the word, frills are unnecessary.

Historic restaurant in the Poggio Adorno woods. Traditional dishes in abundant quantities. The famous boscaiola is top, definitely worth trying. Friendly service. The atmosphere is beautiful especially in summer when dinner is eaten on the veranda. It's a shame not to have the menu available, it doesn't give value to a place with so much potential.
