The restaurant has a unique, characteristic decor, with many tables and seats perhaps a little too close together. The food is excellent, definitely not your typical "riviera" seafood. The pasta with sardines and arancini are truly excellent.

We had the tapas menu, which was truly delicious and lovingly prepared. The wine was also excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very informal.

A great Sicilian restaurant off the beaten track! The welcome is charming, the cuisine creative yet truly Sicilian. And the bill is reasonable. I particularly recommend the (real) ricotta cannolis 🤩

13/11/2025: Perfect breakfast at Gardenia on Via del Triumvirato in Bologna, inspired by Sicilian pastries: crispy croissants with generous fillings, excellent coffee, and always friendly staff. A true neighborhood favorite!
