I book by phone. When we arrive they welcome us promptly and lead us to the table already set, with water and bread. The order is taken by the owner, Mr. Mario. It is impossible to resist his overwhelming friendliness. He starts talking about politics, which is the last thing you should do with a customer, but he is irresistible, you can only laugh. I wanted to order only the first course but with him you would order everything he offers you. We order the cavatelli with meat sauce. Delicious. Fresh water and just the right amount of carbonated. A quart of very good wine. Quick and courteous service. Scamorza with sausage. Perfect. Mixed salad. Very fresh. When you finish the water they bring more, without you having to tell them. They are professionals and it shows. And Mario boasts about it. Mario who takes the orders of some young musicians near us, also talking to them about politics and making us laugh again. Even if you don't agree with him you can't help but laugh. Excellent bread. I don't normally give 5 stars but here there is also the friendliness of the owner, one who makes real pieces of theater, which is the icing on the cake.

Dopo varie trattorie al completo siamo capitati in questo ristorante . Il padrone ci ha proposto un menù a voce di prodotti della loro cucina Pasta al sugo abruzzese fatta a mamma spaghetti alla chitarra. Buoni sugo molto saporito. Poi ci ha consigliato salsiccia piccante cotta, mozzarella alla piastra e involtino di carne tutto buono. Prezzo nella norma. Lo consiglio .Unica dote dolente secondo noi non presentare un menù scritto. Personale gentilissimo..

I didn't know this restaurant even though it has been in business for more than thirty years....compliments to chef Costantino. I found the true traditional Campobassana cuisine, all informal, all like home. Excellent cavatelli with consumed sauce and pork rinds. Excellent grilled steak, soft and 0 km ... all family run (VINCENTI) The boss, Mario, makes you feel at home and knows a lot about cooking... I will gladly return and bring friends ... a beautiful and good discovery for those who, like me, love to eat and savor the aromas and dishes of the past .... See you soon
