A typical restaurant located in the center of Campobasso. It offers traditional Molise dishes with simple yet delicious cuisine. Mario is very friendly, the service is courteous, and the atmosphere is welcoming! We had excellent first courses and a delicious mixed grill!

A place that smells like home! Mario and his son Andrea are excellent hosts! The service is fast and friendly. The dishes are all delicious, reminiscent of Sunday lunch, and the lady's desserts are out of this world! All this is topped off with lots of laughter and an atmosphere of total serenity. For us, it's home! Highly recommended.

It's a typical, traditional restaurant, with a history spanning several generations, and it deserves to be seen as such. It's homey, and the food is fantastic, with delicious dishes cooked just as they would be in a Molise home. The homemade pasta and the amazingly flavorful desserts make this place unforgettable, but we'll definitely be back for the company of the friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive staff. 09/01/2026: The owner's wife was irritable and nervous from the moment she greeted us. The owner was equally unwelcoming. The food was of decent quality (the meat this restaurant is supposedly famous for had a strange smell), the pasta was overcooked, and the soapstone was unclean. The atmosphere was very nice and traditional, with a truly charming wood-fired oven in full view. It's a shame about everything else. Prices were normal.

18/01/2026: We ordered two takeout pizzas. The staff is very kind, friendly, and professional. The pizzas are very good, I recommend it!
06/01/2026: Excellent food and service, friendly and helpful staff. Light and crispy pizza. My friends and I have often eaten here, but last night we noticed a change in the lighting: the place is now much darker, and after a while, we all got headaches. Too bad.
