Buona cucina prodotti di stagione prezzi non da menu fisso . Un appunto rispetto al passato...spesso mi fermo per una creps con fonduta antipasto e dolce . Ebbene in passato la creps era espressa ultima volta riscaldata ..quindi deduco abbattuta e e poi riscaldata . Ritornerò per capire se e stato solo occasionale o se è di prassi ! Ripassato più volte e la creps è sempre espressa e fatta al momento, buffet antipasti sempre adeguato e dessert km 0 frutta di stagione gelato produzione propria. Tappa fissa

Excellent starter cart, better first courses, better second courses. Super Aiucca soup with wild herbs! Extremely good tagliolini with porcini mushrooms! Nice and kind family service.

Opção de almoço em Quincinetto com menu fixo. Preço é único, de entrada são varias opções de antepastos e de prato principal uma pasta. Atendimento muito bom, ambiente agradável e familiar

Antipasto misto con quasi solo verdure deludente. Agnolotti slegati dalla salsa e risotto troppo cotto e indietro di sapore. Secondi piatti nella norma. In merito al servizio ottimo ,nulla da segnalare se non il troppo poco tempo fra una portata e l’altra. Conto nella media e corretto

Wonderful atmosphere. Discreet and friendly staff, quick and available for explanations and conviviality. The vegetable trolley gets top marks as well as the order, cleanliness and refinement of the recipes which place Luca among my top chefs in Piedmont even if for now he is only observed by the Guide Michelin. To try and enjoy remarkable flavors and combinations and then... The Russian service gives a touch of refinement. Wonderful and I say this as an insider. A pearl in the Canavese area. Luca Zara

13/12/2024: The food was excellent, and we ordered a variety of dishes such as pasta, pizza, and meat. The service was outstanding, with very kind and prompt staff. The prices were appropriate for the quality provided.
09/12/2024: Clean and quiet environment close to Porta Susa, the pizza is really good, it's been a long time since I ate a pizza like that, my boyfriend and I made half of it with a sausage and a diavola, we finished them without problems, the dough is soft and digestible you don't feel weighed down, the staff is very kind and competent Highly recommended

08/12/2024: Cozy place. Great selection of wines. A little subdued aperitif. Basic platter with pizzas and pretzels. Good lighting. Friendly staff.
