Served with simple yet tasty side dishes, it maximizes the authentic flavor of the meat. A dish that combines quality, tradition, and authenticity: a must-try for lovers of good food! I also tried the Donna Olimpia, and I must say it won me over! 🍷 The Donna Olimpia is an elegant and complex wine that expresses the authentic character of the Tuscan Maremma. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances the structure. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent. A wine with great personality, ideal for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, but also capable of shining on its own, as a stand-alone wine.
