Although I have always been a fan of his tortellini, I had never tried one of his restaurants before. I tried the tonnarelli cacio e pepe. The pasta was incredibly well cooked considering it was delivered 4 minutes after I ordered, however it was lukewarm and not very tasty.

I was in this place on Thursday 27/02/2025 in the evening and I had the pleasure of being served by a girl, if I'm not mistaken, her name was Lidia, at the Giovanni Rana store and I must say that it was an exceptional experience! His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail really make the difference. Always smiling and helpful, he put us at ease with his impeccable service. You can see that he loves his job and does it with passion, making every visit even more pleasant. Congratulations for your dedication and the positive energy you transmit! I will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to be served by her!
