A must visit on every trip to Rome. Very friendly staff and food which, in addition to costing significantly less than in other places in the area, is much better. There must be a reason why locals dine here rather than in other tourist-friendly restaurants. PS: in years of traveling from all over the world, I have never eaten so well!

One of the few family-run restaurants that is now difficult to find in the center of Rome. The place is welcoming, and the staff is very kind and attentive. I suggest the cacio e pepe and the baked suckling pig. If in season, you can also find chicory with anchovies. Prices normal for being in the center.

Quite good food and excellent price. Delicious carbonara and bread, slightly salted. Simple and modest interior. Apart from the positive impressions, the waitress pissed us off forcing us to leave by making unbearable noise close to us as we were approaching the closing time (moving chairs, slamming dishes and cutlery). This was rude P.S. Americano coffee was awful though

Simple and warm welcome Very good home cooking, a grilled sea bass for me and some really good chicken and potatoes. They have their house white wine very good and all at a very reasonable price. The storefront doesn't look much, but it's worth a stop.

Good but not great This is a small restaurant with the seating area downstairs. I was welcomed by the staff which made me a bit queasy whether I had landed into a typical touristy place. However the food was decent, the orange juice was good. I tried the Tonarelli Cacio e Pepe which was ok but not great. The staff were quite nice and the service was good.

Un menu del giorno......alla carta visto s ele e qualità dei prodotti. Gnocchi alla romana , agnolotti della casa....coniglio in salmi...cozze... contorno acqua vino caffè...30 eurini in Due! Questa la spiegazione del quotidiano su cessò del locale. Servizio cordiale e preciso. CONSIGLIATO!!

28/12/2024: It's always a pleasure to go to this restaurant. Delicious dishes, exceptional fish and their pizzas are fantastic... Cuore di Margherita has conquered mine. The desserts are also very good. Very good and friendly service. Tidy and complete place.
08/12/2024: Recommended by an acquaintance. Ate a first course, dessert, wine and coffee. Excellent food quality. A little expensive, but worth it.

14/12/2024: Josef is the best thing about the restaurant, besides the food. If you have to eat well, you have to go to the fisherman. We have always had a good time with both the staff, super friendly and not to mention the food, delicious🤤 We have been coming here for about 3 years and have no intention of changing
