27/02/2026: Wonderful place, but above all, welcoming. The receptionists, Sara and Domenico, were extremely kind and professional. Having a small child, we asked for favors several times, and they immediately granted them. The room was cozy and spacious. The spa was relaxing. On our first evening, we ate in the on-site restaurant, where we were very pleased. The breakfast buffet was generous. I don't understand the many negative reviews. I'll be back soon.

27/02/2026: The facility is now dilapidated. I'll start by saying we've been guests for years, but unfortunately we found the place abandoned. The spa is in poor condition, half the whirlpool jets aren't working, the chromotherapy isn't working, nor is the aromatherapy in the Turkish bath. The sensory showers and ice waterfall aren't working either. The herbal tea corner is nonexistent; there's an empty kettle and paper cups. The saunas are turned on intermittently, making afternoon treatments impossible because only one person handles appointments and treatments. The bar is self-service; you have to prepare everything yourself and keep track of your consumption. Staffing has been drastically reduced, making the stay unpleasant. In short, after so many years, we're forced to change locations.
