A small Pulgian restaurant, few of which remain. Typical local dishes made with local ingredients. Not a restaurant like the one in Ostuni. Dishes you rarely find anywhere else, such as rabbit and lamb dishes, but also veal and lamb brains, deliciously prepared. For me, the best restaurant in the area.

A very nice and welcoming place recommended to us by locals. Typical, home-style cuisine, excellent. We started with a selection of very good appetizers, from turnip greens with baked melted cheese, various frittatas, ricotta and spinach meatballs, and various vegetables. Very good. Then came the classic orecchiette with capocollo sauce and cavatelli with capocollo sauce and salted ricotta, baked in the oven. All very good. Well done.

Many years and always reliable. Very young, friendly, and fast staff. Dishes from our traditional Apulian cuisine... Numerous good appetizers, orecchiette with seasonal vegetables, very good and plentiful, mixed roast meat could be improved in quality and it arrived cold...

Excellent address!
You could easily miss it, but it's worth the detour. The restaurant is large and airy, with a lovely view. The cuisine is refined and there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and cheerful.

Simple, local dishes, and a must-try appetizer. The owner recommends ordering after their appetizer. It may not be a trendy place, but the food here makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

We happened to be in Ceglie on our way back from Cisternino and found this restaurant, which was a real surprise. The menu is simple, with excellent, locally sourced ingredients, cooked with just a few ingredients to enhance the flavor. The appetizer is rich and plentiful, full of vegetables like purslane or fig blade with grated caciotta cheese, meatballs served with parmesan and spicy sauces, a delicate ricotta and mozzarella knots, various soufflés, bread and pizza, and delicious cured meats. We tried the orecchiette with very delicate anchovies, but everything was very generous. I would have liked to try more, but we saved room for the apple pie and the lemon and apple granita. Compliments to Mr. Gino and his staff. Highly recommended.
