I found this restaurant in the Michelin Guide and stopped by for lunch yesterday with a friend. We tried the seasonal forest menu featuring chestnuts. All the dishes were exceptional and beautifully presented. The service from the two ladies, who we later learned were sisters, was perfect. We'll definitely be back!

First of all, a big thank you to Antonella for her kindness and help! Our room and that of our traveling companion were exactly as shown on the website, beautifully renovated and always clean. I would have liked instant coffee to make myself, in addition to tea. The mattress and pillow were good, but there was only one large duvet (difficult for two people). The bathroom was well-lit (indirectly) and the shower was a good size. I would have liked a shelf in the shower. The view from the breakfast room is sensational! The Italian white bread isn't my taste; I would have preferred the whole-wheat baguette from the restaurant for a change. Alternating between the cured ham and the delicious salami from the restaurant would have been nice, too. Antonella prepares every hot drink fresh, along with various egg dishes and a delicious apple and carrot juice on request. Delicious. The food in the restaurant is truly high quality, but also expensive. In my opinion, however, the price for the cheese clock and the vegetarian lasagna is excessive. The hotel is located high up on the mountain, so you always have to drive to the lake. This is something to keep in mind for the evenings. Nevertheless, we would absolutely recommend the hotel.

We were fortunate enough to spend four nights at Gigi Alpine Rooms from August 29th to September 2nd, 2025 – and it was simply fantastic! We were thrilled from the moment we arrived: covered parking, a very warm welcome, and an immediate feeling of being welcome. The rooms have been modernly renovated, furnished with great attention to detail, and exude a cozy, alpine elegance – perfect for a sense of well-being. Breakfast and dinner were always a highlight. The selection, the quality of the food, and the excellent service completely spoiled us. Add to that the fantastic view, which is hard to put into words – whether in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening after an eventful day. A special highlight was the wonderful jacuzzi: absolute relaxation with a stunning panorama. Here, you can tell that everything has been thought of. The value for money is also hard to beat. You don't just get a room here, but a complete wellness package that leaves nothing to be desired. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Gigi Alpine Rooms and are already looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. Excellent service, the breakfast was delicious and always fresh – and with a view of the valley and the high mountains. The room was renovated and very clean, also with a great view of the mountains! There's also a jacuzzi on the terrace! We would highly recommend the hotel! 🤍

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend and his mother, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere is spacious, quiet, and very clean, making the time spent there immediately relaxing. I personally found the staff to be super friendly and welcoming: the attention to detail in the service makes you feel at ease, almost like being at home. We chose the forest tasting menu, and it turned out to be an excellent choice: beautifully presented dishes, rich in flavor, and a perfect balance between tradition and creativity. A journey that showcases local products and won us over from start to finish. A restaurant I recommend to anyone seeking quality, warmth, and a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
