I can't wait to go back! At Gianni's you'll find only quality meat and top-notch appetizers. It's an experience I absolutely must repeat. My friends and I were all more than satisfied and happy with the food, service, and location! The staff was very polite and knowledgeable!

The meat was delicious, the broad beans and chicory were delicious, and the grilled cardoncelli mushrooms were equally delicious. Excellent tiramisu. Very pleasant place, very friendly waiter. If we were to pass through Terlizzi again, I would gladly return. The price was more than fair. Recommended!

Extraordinary place, beautiful setting, amazing food. The service was a bit distracted (maybe I just happened to be there on a bad night, right?). The bill was a bit perplexing because it was expensive. It's true that you pay for quality, but it seemed a bit high to me.

We're in Terlizzi, where there's a long tradition of butchers preparing roast meats (primarily lamb, sausage, and the famous "ghiummiredde," made with entrails wrapped in casings), both for takeout and served at rather spartan tables set up outside.
The raw ingredients? They're incredibly important, but so is knowing how to handle them.
I should add that I'm very careful about temperature when eating.
That said, I found perfection at this Terlizzi steakhouse.
The typical selection of meats prepared according to local tradition (sausages, bombette, ghiummiredde) is complemented by a balanced selection of excellent beef (we tried seven different types of meat in total, including an amazing diaphragm and an excellent sirloin steak, without the ridiculous excesses of the little man who comes to the table and, looking at his tablet screen, arrogantly proclaims to the diners that he has a 1,753-gram Simmenthal cheese available).
And then, as I was saying, the temperatures:
the warm bread, the carpaccio, the roasted meat, the meat platters, the grilled green beans and tomatoes, the wine, the desserts (the sugar tarte with grilled apricots was excellent), ALL PERFECT!
It almost goes without saying that everything was cooked to perfection.
The order and timing of the dishes' arrival were also not left to chance.
Add to this a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service, with attention to gluten intolerance (the gluten-free bread arrived grilled!).
The price was in line with the proposal.
What can I say: 10 out of 5!
