Good food, a fairly varied menu, and a fair value. What I, unfortunately, least enjoyed were our waiter's comments about what I'd personally eaten. At the end of the meal, when I was hesitating about which dessert to choose, he found remarks like "You've already eaten 3 kg of pasta, are you worried about dessert?" and, after ordering and finishing it, "Lucky you didn't want it, you cleaned it all up" quite out of place. I understand that this is a place where service is conceived as informal, but I think there are limits. I'm sure nothing was said with the intention of offending, but in the future I'd recommend avoiding such remarks. Would the same remarks have been used towards a man? Who knows...

The best place to eat in Pesaro! The food is truly traditional and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the ingredients are excellent!

Pesaro's historic restaurant inside San Bartolo Park. It's surrounded by nature, and as soon as you arrive, you feel the difference in temperature from the city, especially in summer. The restaurant is very well-kept, especially in the outdoor garden rather than the interior, which remains very chaotic. The menu is classic, without innovation. The fish is as it was in the '80s. In 2025, however, something different is worth trying, in my opinion. There were three of us, and we ordered a tasting of hot and cold appetizers, a red ravioli, a grilled dish, and a fried fish. Everything was definitely good, with generous portions. The service was quick but not friendly, almost rude at times, which I didn't like. The prices are medium to high.

I booked "Da Gennaro" for Sunday lunch conveniently online, choosing the day and time. My mom wanted to eat "something good" away from home, so I had no hesitation in choosing this restaurant, having been there before. The atmosphere and the informal service make you feel at ease, and the food, cooked according to tradition, is excellent. We had ravioli and strozzapreti with red fish sauce, homemade pasta, both delicious. Followed by fried shrimp and calamari, dry and crispy, and very tender skewers. Absolutely excellent value. We'll definitely be back, perhaps when it's cooler, because my mom still wants the cappelletti in brodo! Thank you, and see you soon.

I've been going to a restaurant for years. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! The cuttlefish with peas is top-notch! Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante grazie a Tripadvisor, è stata una piacevole scoperta . Abbiamo preso antipasti misti caldi e freddi … ottimi , assolutamente da provare . Risotto alla pescatora ricco di frutti di mare e spaghetti alle vongole deliziosi! La Grigliata di pesce è spettacolare. Servizio rapido e cortese Il proprietario è molto gentile ma non invadente . Se passate da Pesaro vale la pena fermarsi ! Noi sicuramente torneremo per mangiare nel bellissimo dehors e ammirare un panorama stupendo!
