Great Trattoria with amazingly cooked ligurian food. The staff and owner of the place were incredibly nice. The prices are super reasonable. Nice for everyone who seeks traditional ligurian food in Genoa that is not overpriced!

We had a heavenly evening here. The pasta, fish, and desserts were out of this world! The menu is also vegetarian friendly :)

This is the most traditional place in Genoa. The staff here are amazing! The food is super traditional and well made. If you want to feel like a true Genoan: eat here.

Finally, a meal that surprised us! Local flavors of Genoa, with their own unique time and flavors. The Genovese pesto is unbeatable here, very good. The experience of Da Gênio trattoria is well worth it, a historic place with excellent cuisine—local food, just the way it should be!

Ottima cena di lavoro in questa osteria molto conosciuta a Genova ma personalmente non conoscevo. Classici sapori genovesi a tavola, servizio cortese, consigliato sicuramente.

26/06/2025: A small restaurant with several rooms, very simply and beautifully decorated. The food is excellent. The service is provided by two sisters who are as friendly and gentle as the cuisine they cook. Very affordable prices. 5 stars, I highly recommend it!!
