Excellent food, family atmosphere, many memories of youth. Genoese and Ligurian cuisine, Excellent quality/price ratio.

I ate well and felt good, traditional cuisine, local cuisine and simple furnishings but absolutely everything in order. Detail : they only have wine, no beer

The dishes are cooked with excellent quality raw materials. In essence, the appetizers raise the price considerably, the portions are small and not abundant, a tasting restaurant. For a complete meal which includes starter, first course, second course, water, coffee for two people you can reach close to €100. The focaccia in squares prevails to give satiety, the mandillos with pesto are good but I deduce that ultimately, a plate of pasta as a first course, a bit of focaccia and panissa not abundant portions and water in a glass jug you can easily spend €30 each .

Place where you can eat excellent Genoese cuisine. The focaccia and the fish main course are delicious, the dessert is delicious. The ravioli with tuccu were very tasty although I found the sauce a little too salty and the pasta not very consistent. Very kind and hospitable service, we were a large group and we were served practically at the same time. Very nice place, with the charm of a typical tavern.

Superlative lunch for the attention to quality combined with excellent prices. Genoese cuisine with local delicacies (mosciamme and lipsticks, cuttlefish zemino etc.) and some particular dishes (packages stuffed with pears with fondue, an explosion of flavour). The anchovies stuffed with panissa are spectacular and so is the pesto. Excellent cellar. The environment is beautiful and characteristic. Highly recommended.

Tornati a pranzare Da Genio',tipica Osteria Trattoria ligure genovese zona Carignano, Optiamo per funghi porcini impanati e fritti e brandacujun come antipasto, proseguendo con taglierini con tartufo taglierini ai funghi porcini e trofie come primo, continuando con calamaretti alla ligure con pinoli e olive come secondo, terminando con crostata alle castagne bonnet e latte dolce come dessert,caffè e amaro . Tutto di buona qualità che unita alla buona accoglienza gentilezza ed educazione dell titolare (che è da solo in sala)fanno passare in secondo piano la non velocissima attesa, comunque sempre piacevole la permanenza,lo consiglio sicuramente...

Grandissima scoperta in centro a Genova ci puoi arrivare sia da Carignano che da via Fieschi dentro è molto carino pieno di quadri e il cibo è super ottimo!!
