In the heart of Carignano, a tranquil oasis just steps from the town center, lies the welcoming trattoria "Da Genio," where you can enjoy truly excellent traditional Genoese dishes. The anchovies stuffed with fried panissa, the ravioli with toccu sauce, and finally the delicious artisanal sacripantina are truly delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. We'll be back soon to try their other specialties.

Don't be put off by the sign, because the place is really good, a classic trattoria with typical food and honest prices, starting from the appetizer, a cod polenta with fried cod with a good intense flavor, the mandilli with pesto with a characteristic flavor of an emerald green color with a slight hint of garlic that did not bother, all concluded with an excellent chocolate dessert, if you go to Genoa, it is really recommended to go there.
