We went randomly because we were hungry with low expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the VERY good food at great prices. They also had amazing salad options. While I love Italian food, there are days I want more fresh vegetable options, which they offered. Unfortunately, the only bad thing is that the service was lacking. The waitstaff were very kind but slow, often forgetting our requests and frequently stopping by other tables to chat, not noticing us when we called for them.

Excellent address from antipasto to dessert including wine recommendations. We enjoyed quality food on the very nice terrace with a great waiter. I highly recommend to discover real Italian cuisine at a very reasonable price

This restaurant is only a few short blocks from the Duomo, so it is centrally located. We had our favorite meal in Florence here; a late lunch after a tour of Pisa. Our guide in Florence recommended this spot. The atmosphere is casual, but the service is perfect. Staff were friendly and attentive. Everyone loved their meals. I had raviolis with truffles. It was spectacular.

Piccola osteria tipica in zona centrale . Camerieri giovani , veloci e cortesi . Buone le bruschette con patè di fegato, buono l'ossobuco e super la rosticciata ripiena di salsiccia e maiale. Vino della casa eccellente. Consigliato.

05/08/2024: Fantastic authentic Italian food, seems to be a family run restaurant, the food was delicious particularly the wild boar ragu and tiramisu! Also can do everything gluten free for anyone with coeliac disease! Very recommended

30/07/2024: One of my fav meals in Italy so far. a hidden gem that feels like a mom and pop. Hopefully I have time to return this trip for another meal.. If not, will definitely be back in a future trip!
